I was quite irritated by the fact that from 3 hours after making my reservation up to the day before I arrived, I found myself arguing over email with Village Cay about my reservation rate. Apparently they had not updated their website, and didn't want to honor the rate that I had a confirmation number for. Long story short, upon...

We moved from Maria's by the Sea which was not a bad hotel just seemed like a mainstream Airport kind of hotel , no real character. The Village Cay was completely different with a very authentic Tortola type of feel. Big rooms and if you can get the one bedroom suite you will be pleasantly surprised. The rooms with a...

Village Cay is a regular place for me when I visit Tortola. I love their signature honey stung chicken, and on this occasion it was better than ever! The service can be a bit slow at times, but it was good on this occasion. I haven't stayed in the hotel itself. There is an outdoor pool and a spa, neither...

A well situated hotel only minutes walk from shopping and tourist areas, the hotel wifi was good but if the restaurant was busy it could be difficult to log on. Hotel food was okay but the laid back attitude of the staff was at times annoying. Reception was smooth and well managed, did not use other facilities so cannot comment

Made a last minute reservation and was able to get a room. I have to say the room was clean. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bar had a lovely view of the marina and the food wasn't bad either. Golden cup is right next door and their breakfast are great. The wifi is weak in some areas...

The open air patio is a lovely setting for a casual island lunch. The menu is eclectic with a lot to choose from. The service is a bit slow, but friendly. There is a hotel proximal to the restaurant, and they offer a full scale fluff and fold laundry service.

My family and I stayed here for one night before boarding a Moorings Boat for 7 days, The hotel is a little outdated but served purpose, we had a comfortable bed and enjoyed a meal and a few drinks at the bar to get us in the party mood. I would recommend staying here but given the option would not...

I would describe this hotel as passible if you absolutely need to find a place in Roadtown to sleep and there are no other options available to you. The place was probably relatively nice when it was built and nothing has changed. The rooms are somewhat clean, and the AC works most of the time. The restaurant service is very...

Popped into the bar for a drink and to use free Wi-Fi. Excellent view of harbour. Friendly, laid back atmosphere. Reasonably priced at $3.50 for a bottle of Carib beer which was excellent. Never had anything to eat so can't comment on food. If passing by its worth a visit.

White tablecloths were not necessary to dine with chickens walking and crapping about. The restaurant lacked service enthusiasm. The Mahi sandwich was skimpy. The fries were cold. Had to ask for condiments several times before getting them. Won't be back.
