I booked very last minute, but the owner (Carter) was very accommodating. I did have to change rooms a few times for my stay of 3 weeks, but that's to be expected if you book in the high season only 3 days ahead of time. The service is great, every day the room is cleaned and even the outside is...

Sweet! Very friendly staff, good housekeeping=clean, and a small but long beach for your own but still very close to main street with restaurants etc! Compared to other places on St Maarten this is very affordable! The staff can help you with helpful tips where to go and what to see! thumbs up!

We arrived 2 days prior to leaaving on a sailing trip. Although not a luxury hotel it has all the basics including AC, full kitchen, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommended for short or longer stays.

Spent a night before going to our timeshare location. Arrived on the late AA plane from Miami.Breezed thru the airport in record time. Carter was waiting for us. The room is clean and arranged well. Carter even supplies a shopping bag and candles and matches, just in case the power goes out. The beach is right there. Stores and shops...

The rooms are very comfortable, clean, perfect island décor. I usually stay 7-10 days each year and always sad to leave. Wish it could be a...

From my first email to Carter, I knew we were staying in a good place. Another couple and my husband and I stayed here one night before we boarded our sailboat. Carson was very helpful with restaurants, local information, and he even has a wonderful supply of gently used books for the taking! The property cannot be seen readily from...

Our trip to the Dutch Antilles also included visits to the other islands of Saba and St. Eustatius, so we planned on staying at the Inn for the first few days of the vacation as well as the last couple days, therefore, we wanted to be...

This hotel is tucked off from the main road and is still right in the middle of great restaurants and other businesses, such as banks and grocery stores. The beach access is easy and beautiful at sunset. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay.

We had a great stay at the Turquoise Shell in. It's not the Four Seasons or the Westin, but if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with great proximity to everything in Simpson Bay, look no further.

“Pretty much all the same. If you can, get a ground florr room because you get a tiny patio with chairs which would be nice in the morning (we were on the top floor). PS. There are only 2 floors.”
