The room was pretty nice, had all the basic necessities needed. The hotel grounds was very well kept and with that on one side and the lovely marina on the other side. The was a calm and very peaceful ambiance. Staff was very help and breakfast was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Low-key, unfussy hotel with pool and breakfast included. Well situated. Across from the Rodney Bay Marina and close enough to Rodney Bay's main street (with shops and restaurants). Also, close to Pigeon Island in the northern part of the island. Good value for money.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Small but beautiful place. Very friendly staff. The manager was very helpful and extremely friendly during our stay. He personally carried our bags to the room. Great food. My self and wife will be back next year

I have stay at the Palm Haven for the Last three Years and it a very nice hotel for the price and it so easy to get to based on the location. There is no entertainment and the breakfast is basic but the room very clean and comfortable. I will recommend it as the price is reasonable.

Hotel is conveniently located for sailors visiting Rodney Bay Marina, Rodney Bay Haulout facility, Gros Islet. Had a boat hauled out in the boat yard, and the hotel is a very short walk away, located between the Marina and the boat yard. Clean, comforatble rooms. Breakfast is included and was decent. Not the most friendly reception staff, but efficient. Not...

Choose this hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff here are excellent. Professional service; front desk and spa. Great location. Although pretty close to Rodney Bay still felt like a secluded oasis. The grounds were clean as well as the rooms. Couldn't have asked for more. Ideally won't regret booking this place.

Arrived at the hotel, seemed nice. The receptionist told us breakfast was included. Next morning breakfast was disappointing , very stingy, pancakes ran out 5 minutes after the start of breakfast . An argument occurred about charging us for breakfast. The manager was very rude, asked for our nationality ( British). On hearing that she said breakfast was not included....

One of the most affordable hotels in Gros Islet, Palm Haven is conveniently located across the road from the Rodney Bay Marina, walking distance to Gros Islet town and with buses to Castries right at your doorstep. The building is not particularly attractive and the "restaurant" is squeezed between the lobby and the elevator/staircase, but the rooms are clean and...

My girlfriend and I had to go to my brother's wedding and needed a place to stay. We called the hotel 2 days before and based our reservation on an early check in of 11am as we had a wedding to get ready for. The front desk assistant who took the reservation said it was no problem and they would...

Much less expensive than the beach-side hotels .. it's across the street from the Rodney Bay Marina and boat yard ... if you have a boat in the marina you get a special rate ... our reservations were made by a friend who lives on a boat in the marina and it did not include breakfast (EC$15) ... after several...
