I've to be honest.. my partner and I won 2 nights full board at this hotel in a raffle. We were absolutely delighted. The hotel is in a quiet spot and very peaceful with beautiful views of Castries. When I called to book our stay nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff on reception. Our room was clean...

The last time I stayed at Auberge Seraphine (albeit a number of years ago), I loved it! The view from the dining room (water lilies in a pond and lots of birds in the surrounding trees) is still exquisite, and the food and service in the dining room are quite good (although a number of items on the menu weren't...

This hotel is run buy a very nice and attentive staff, including in the restaurant. Our room was a bit 'Motel 6' like but it worked in a pinch when we had to stay overnight after a late flight arrival with no desire to drive out of the area at night. The room amenities are modest at best and cleanliness...

Due to a flight cancellation, a small group of passengers was assigned to stay at this hotel overnight for one night on 12/17/16. I had stayed for my week on the island at Windjammer Landing. To be perfectly blunt, I wouldn’t even qualify this hotel as in a class with a Motel 6 in the U.S.! This hotel has seen...

This is a charming place where you should have high expectations and deserves a critical review. The name invites to expect French colonial atmosphere, bit idyllic and excellent service. The location is good, close to town, cruise port and airport. However the reception was far from expectations and very leisurely. No care to check ID or take CC and just...

Went for breakfast, bacon and eggs, first visit it was good and reasonable. Second visit back, same thing was double in price because they charged us separately for the eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast and coffee / charged for each item / we ordered Bacon and Eggs which we would expect would come as a complete meal / I guess...

This is a good basic standard clean hotel not far from town although a bit isolated. The hotel is housed in a colonial style building across the bay with a good sized veranda and nice view. The rooms are large with all basic necessities including a TV and a kettle. Bathroom is spacious. Wifi is freely available but its strength...

The Auberge Seraphine is a very nice property, "old style" with large rooms, hardwood floors, well functioning and roomy shower/toilet room, nice pool and dining room - a very comfortable place to stay a few days. The restaurant looks nice, but the menu was rather limited as many items on the menu were not available - even at breakfast. The...

Overall it is a very basic standard hotel mostly for business travelers due to its proximity to Castries. The good: - It is a small nice hotel with a beautiful view of the bay and a lot of potential to be better. The rooms are very big and offer a balcony with a table and two chairs. - There is...

Restaurant service was poor. Their food is extremely expensive for food quality. the restaurant service is bad. Most times, what was on the menu was not available and we were rudely told its not available. We had to tell them to cross it out if it was not available. The Room was Ok. The worst is the road to the...
