The resort is in bad disrepair the supposed self catering supplied were very minimal not even a chopping board or sharp knife . Cobwebs in the room inside the bed lamps and we booked a double room but got two single bedside . We stayed three nights our room was not cleaned bin not emptied neither towels replaced until we... This is a lovely property in desperate need of repairs. Rotted wood, peeling paint & no screens on the doors-letting in bugs & even a lizard. Some of the bungalows, from the exterior, appeared to have had repairs done. Pretty grounds & on a small beach. I got some pretty pictures of the beach but didn't make use of the... More

There are two L'Imperatrice hotels in Martinique one in Fort de France and the other in Anse Mitan. This review is for the one in Anse Mitan. The hotel shows much better in the daytime than if you arrive at night. It is very bare bones and some may like it that way. There is a secluded beach that is... More

The plus side first of all, this is a hotel with a nice location within easy walking distance of the restaurants and ferry stop at L'Anse Mitan. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with plentiful tropical flowers and hummingbirds galore. The small private beach is a pleasant place for a quick dip and the breakfast is pretty good, with croissants, fresh... More

Lovely location, with a small private beach and a bar area, to watch the sunset. There are a number if chalets throughout the complex. The rooms we were in were shabby and in need to a great deal of maintenance and updating. The beds were comfortable enough. The pillows were a little lumpy. Most of the lights were not working... L'Imperatrice Village is a great place to relax, small chalets in lovely grounds with a good size swimming pool and a private beach. Basic, but good breakfast is available, but not much else. If the beach bar is open you may be able to get a drink, but otherwise bring your own and use the fridge in the room. Rooms... More

I am not sure what the Imperatrice Village is doing in the Fort de France section of hotels in Martinique. To avoid disappointing travellers looking for a hotel in the city, it should be pointed out that the Imperatrice Village is a vacation complex in the town of Trois-Ilets. It is not too far away from the Anse Mitan quarter... More

If you are a tourist L'Imperatrice Village is a good accommodation. We stayed there for 5 nights and had some good night sleeps. Yes, it isn't the most beautiful accommodation but it has everything you need. The accommodations are spread out through the Village and there are 3 studio's under one roof. There is a little beach but it's not... More

By no choice of mine, I had to over night in martinique and so I stayed at the L'Imperatrice Hotel, which cost me 117Euro, almost EC$500. Upon arrival, there was no one at the Lobby to accept us. There were about three people moving back and forth carrying stuff from the elevator to an area that seem like a small... More

We booked two nights at the Imperatrice Village conscious that there had not been a TripAdvisor report since 2004. It more than lived up to our expectations, and we extended to 9 nights. Several airy bungalows cleverly designed in flowering gardens so that patios do not overlook each other provide self catering accomodation, though the kitchen equipment is fairly basic.... More
