Everything in Vieques is close, but the location is excellent (not far from ferry or airport). Secluded and yet in the middle of a neighborhood. Everyone in our group of 10 loved the place and talked about when they would return. The iguanas were constant entertainment and the setting was incredible. Great AC and view. Can't recommend enough. We rented... More

I stayed at the Villa with a group of 10 people. It is fully equipped. You just need to bring yourselves, clothing, some toiletries, food and that's it! The villa even has beach towels & chairs. It is a well maintained house with ammenities such as a/c (in all rooms and family area), electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, spacious... More

We had a lovely week here. We loved everything about it. We were picked up at the ferry by Renee, who was very helpful. The unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The pool was great, along with a lovely beach just walking distance away.

WOW!! We came reluctantly to a destination wedding. What a visit. The accommodations, beach, wild horses, iguanas sunning themselves in the trees exceeded all expectations. Also our host tipped us off on sites to see places to eat that were fabulous. Bio Bay is must see. She also shared some avocados that were out of this world. The games and... More

My husband and I do a fall vacation every year, with another couple. This year we went to Casa Ladera, renting the upstairs unit. We had done a lot of research before making this selection, but even so, Casa Ladera exceeded our expectations! The house was clean, and spacious enough for the two couples. The kitchen was well-stocked, in terms... More

We have stayed at casa ladera 3 times. The property is in excellent conditions, the house has everything you need, just like at home. The location is good and so is the pool. The owner and manager are very reachable and they respond pretty fast. The only problem is the housekeeper. She is a nightmare. She does not respect privacy... More

I have to be honest...I really hesitated to write this review. I don't want anyone to know what a fantastic place this is because it will make it harder for us to get a reservation! Suffice it to stay that Casa Ladera is clean, comfortable, has a beautiful chlorine free pool, has kick-a__ AC which is a necessity in August.... More

At the end of some loooong flights from the Pacific Northwest, we were bleary, grumpy, and questioning why we would come so far to sit on a beach. But, when we were greeted at the airport by the friendly manager Renee and driven to Casa Ladera, we knew it had been worth the trip! Casa Ladera surpassed our expectations: it... More

Four couples stayed here last January, at the main housecontaining two apts. It's just as the reviewers say --simple. But unfortunately, there seems to be a chronic lack of attention. -- Attention to details, like a broken remote for the entrance gate, just passable cleanliness, and a don't care attitude by the east European guy who was managing it when... Thank you for your review. We're sorry that Casa Ladera didn't meet your standards, but at least you gave us a better review than the world-famous Bioluminescent Bay, which you only rated two stars! :) Prior guests of Casa Ladera have consistently raved about our fabulous property manager and our beautiful accommodations, but we hope you have better experiences in... “The casita is a little more private and perfect for a couple, or pair of couples. Ok, I guess it could be good for a family, too, but we wanted romance!”

“Don't hesitate unless you want a big resort. This place was amazing. I'm an Engineer so I rate "hard". There is no fitness center but the pool is large enough for laps, which is what I did for fitness. This place was extremely clean. The location was great as long as you google map this and KNOW where you are going - I get irritated with people that book as idiots. Where else would you stay? This is the bang for the buck hands down. I would NOT stay at Isabel Segundo - only Esperanza if you could actually find a place, LOL. The best beaches are Chiva (Blue). All of them are the same beach - Blue Beach”
