Stayed here with an extended family. There was enough room for us all to get together or have privacy. The grounds and view are wonderful. I was a little worried about no air conditioning but the air was hot at the beach and cool in the mountains (mid-April). Temperature in the rooms was perfect with overhead fans. The frogs were... We loved the Rainforest Inn. The location was superb and the view down to the ocean was incredible. Bill & his wife were great hosts. Maya, their dog, was a delight to have around. The breakfast was delicious. The massages were excellent. Sleeping at night and listening to the coqui was wonderful. Waking up to the sunrise was great as... More

we stayed here because my conference at a nearby resort was overbooked at the conference rate, and I am glad it was. When you go there for the first time, you go down an obscure nondescript road and keep going up, and you think "I sure hope this isn't an internet ripoff." But once you go through the gates (actually... More

Location! Location! Location! The Rainforest Inn was central to all of our activities that included hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and plenty of beach time. The advice Bill and Laurie was dead one no matter the subject with all the options laid out for us to decide what best worked for us. The grounds of the B&B was a great place to... More

We loved the Rainforest Inn. The breakfasts are terrific. The views are amazing. The gardens are beautifully kept, and they blend in so well with the surrounding rainforest. This was a great place to find some peace and quiet in lush surroundings, but also close enough to Luquillo and Fajardo that we could easily get to the beaches and bio-bay... More

If we could give bill, laurie, and Maya 6 stars, we would. When you want to leave the chaos of the city, this is where you should stay. Wonderful hosts provide you with a delicious breakfast followed by info on the el Yunqe and where you should explore. We wish we could have stayed here longer and next time we... More

The transition from gray NY winter weather to the Rainforest Inn was magical! We loved the lush vegetation, the beautiful mix of indoor/outdoor spaces, the attention to aesthetic details, the gourmet breakfasts, the coque's chirping at bedtime, and the pleasant, easy-going personality of hosts, Bill & Laurie (and of course, their canine cohost Mya). We'll be back!

This is a great location to experience Puerto Rico and the rain forest like a local! Bill and Laurie's hospitality was out of this world! We arrived as a LATE check in due to our Bio Bay tour the night of our arrival - Bill was there to greet us and let us in as if it were 3pm and... More

The Inn has a great intimate feel. It's large house with several large rooms to rent (mine was a two bedroom, with three beds, then a large living room and kitchen). The beauty of it is that it was unique house nestled into the rain forest, with the coque's chirping around you and the fireflies alight at night. The bathroom... More

My husband, myself and another couple spent 2 nights in the villa at the Rainforest Inn and had a great time. The set-up of the villa was perfect for two couples. Mya, the dog, welcomed us as soon as we drove on to the property. Bill and Laurie are spectacular hosts. My only regret was that our stay was so... More
