After leaving the cruise stayed a night before flying home the next day. The room was great and well kept. Used their work out center. It was small but had all I needed for a workout. Walked out to the pool and it was very nice. It had a water slide with a big bucket of water

I thought the room was very nice. The staff were friendly and eager to help. I don't speak Spanish and that was not an issue for the staff. The room and facilities were clean and updated. The free breakfast was pretty good. There is not a real restaurant in the hotel but right

As stated earlier in the Beginning we did not know what to Expect because we never stayed at a HYATT PLACE Before and we thought it would be a Huge Step Down from the HYATT HOUSE or the Regular Great HYATT HOTELS We are used to, But we Were Pleasantly Suprise and we left there

As a loyal customer to Hyatt, a credit card holder and rewards member this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Hyatt. I've grown to really enjoy Hyatt and always stay at a Hyatt when available during travel. The experience was bad in so many ways from the condition of

Family of 8 going to where carnival cruise docks. What does UBER charge from hotel?
So I had asked this question.... and I can tell you all the answer. Obviously people that answered, didn’t know.... just guessed. Uber’s only fit up to 6 people. So we would of had to take 2 Uber’s. So we took a taxi van and they charged us $3 a person plus $1 /bag.

Could anyone speak to what is available with the “free” breakfast?
It varies from time to time but at least when I stayed there were plenty of items: pancakes, toast, french toast, assorted cereal, oatmeal, cottage cheese, hard-boiled and scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, bacon ,sausage, ham, coffee, water, milk, hot cocoa, and juice

There is no shuttle from the hotel. You have to take taxi's which are $10-$20 per head. Make sure you take plenty of cash as the taxi's only take cash. There are plenty of taxi's. In my experience all driver's were courteous and full of fun facts to and from the place of travel.
