Without questions, the worst customer service I've dealt with in many years. My trip to San Juan had to be cancelled because my companion's father was rushed to the hospital a few days before we were scheduled to leave. I cancelled my booking through Booking.com, and because the cancellation was only a few days before our scheduled arrival, I was...

My wife and I stayed at La Terrazza the night before leaving on a cruise. We picked this mainly because we wanted to see old San Juan and it was the highest rated moderately priced hotel. We love the boutique hotel experience and this was no exception. Our room was small but adequate. clean, A/C worked great. The mattress was...

Great: staff (friendly and informative), decor (authentic), location (central and perfect). Terrible: the "superior room" has no windows! I was stunned. So terrible. No warning, no nothing. The place was booked so there were no options. I would have paid any amount to switch.

Great rooms, each has its own ambience. Wonderful delicious breakfasts, made to order! Perfect plunge pool on the roof while watching sunsets and a cocktail! Location perfect for meandering Old San Juan, restaurants, bars, music, stores.

Very Quick check in! And very friendly staff on the reception. We had breakfast on the Roof twice. It was Nice. However a bit different from Day to Day. Hotel is great located in the old town. We liked it ;)

As soon as we arrived to the hotel I realized that the reception staff was disorganized. Its hard for me and my wife to really know what was going on because neither of us speaks Spanish, but, initially they were not able to find our reservation. We spent a while going back and forth and finally i showed them my...

So glad we stayed here after 2 flights out. Caught our breath & much enjoyed staying right in Old San Juan. Breakfast served on stunning roof terrace. Continental breakfast inc in our booking ok but lots of other options could be paid for extra. Fascinating characterful old buildings. Charming helpful reception staff. 5 mins in cab to cruise terminal 1.

If there were 6 stars, I would give that to them. Every front desk person was on top of their job, courteous, accommodating, informative and friendly! Our room had a king bed along with a mini fridge and a bathroom with a shower. The best part is that the bed was very comfortable and the shower temperature was exactly how...

This place is the easily the best value for any hotel I have stayed at in recent memory. The room was large with an outstanding kitchen. The location is great as it is off the beaten path. Lobby and staff were excellent. The rooftop is great (although, the pool is too small to be considered a pool).

I visited San Juan just last month and stayed at Terraza hotel for two nights. I can say the restaurants are really great, we had amazing dining experiences on the island, and there is so much to see and do. But with regards to the hotel, I felt slight disappointment with the room, very small, no natural lighting coming through,...
