Stayed Saturday night pre-cruise. Had to wait about 5 minutes at check-in for a room to be ready. Other than that, no complaints. Easy to walk to everything in Old San Juan. The burger place at the front of the hotel had a cool classic rock acoustic cover band playing Saturday evening until 10:00 PM.

Absolute great location of this hotel! A view of the ocean and cruise-ships with tons of excitement! I celebrated my birthday here and even was provided casino money upon check-in. The hotel is within walking distance of all FREE museums, restaurants, and FREE Trolley service. The ferry was across the street from hotel and multiple taxis were available for traveling...

The Sheraton Old San Juan is an aged building with appropriate upgrades. The staff is amongst the best. You will never wait long for a taxi outside or hotel service inside. The room was clean and comfortable. Remembering the age of the hotel and the fact it sits on the harbor, the room did have a slight musty oder present....

We stayed at this hotel following a cruise. The hotel is to the left of pier 1 and easy to walk to. We were able to get into a room around 1:30 pm. We had a room with a great balcony and view. We loved staying here and will do so every time we are here.

Delightful staff, spotlessly clean, great location, comfortable beds and linens, strong water pressure, plenty of hot water, quiet rooms (despite the location), strong air conditioning (kept room nicely cool), and within walking distance to both Barrachina Restaurant and Cafeteria Mallorca. You can walk to the Carnival terminal, but would be a bit too far to walk to the RCCL and...

If you're going on a cruise, or want to experience Old San Juan, this is the place to stay. Ive stayed at others in the city, and we keep coming back to this one. It's right on the water front (Not the beach), near one of the ports (Check which port you are leaving out of--there are a couple) and...

Dear guest, Thank you very much for sharing your experience and for your repeat visits. We are glad you enjoy your stay and also Old San Juan. I recently booked a pre-cruise stay at the Sheraton Old San Juan. I stayed here originally back in 2006 and really enjoyed the stay and wanted to return. I was there for 2 nights and there had been some changes in those years, but the hotel is still beautiful inside and out. I took a taxi from the airport (approx....

I liked the location of this Hotel, it was within walking distance of the cruise port for Carnival. The hotel was nice, the room was large and very clean.
