You get what you pay for! Paid $50 for a private room barely big enough for a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms for all guests to use, and one of the toilets is not bolted down. Very dangerous! Most rooms are privates with a couple of dorm rooms. There are long term tenants in the dorms that are clearly...

It's a simple place, small price, good location- it's a hostel. It was my first stay at one and I was worried at first but this place was great. Went with my two friends for an early spring break, stayed 3 nights and it was a good start for our trip. It's in a central place for parties, beach, it's...

We stayed two nights here for our second visit to OSJ. It's a very convenient location to the trolley lines, fort, restaurants. The room was small but very clean with great A/C. TINY bathroom with poor water pressure in the shower. Mini fridge in room.Bed was comfy and the linens were changed very quickly when we stepped out for breakfast....

I would definitely recommend here for a couple to stay a night or two. The place is in a fantastic location in Old San Juan. Don't be alarmed by the look of the outside. The place is very well kept and very clean once you got inside! We pretty much only used our room to store luggage while we toured...

This hostel is everything you need from a guest house. Dorms if you're budgeting and private rooms (some with balcony) at very reasonable prices. Clean bathrooms, several kitchens and an owner who couldn't be any more helpful, accommodating and nice. There is not really a common area, but not needed in San Juan. You are literally in the center of...

Right in the heart of Old San Juan. It's an old cement building. There's nothing pretty about it but it was clean and safe. I would stay here again. Very affordable at $27/day. Host did not speak English (Spanish only).

I can't think of a better place to stay in Old San Juan. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The place is cute, comfortable and clean and in a perfect location. Beds made daily and abundent clean towels were provided. Our host helped us several times with tour arrangements. I loved the place and will recommend it to friends...

I stayed here for 8 nights and have ZERO complaints! Very affordable, extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff, and fantastic location! The first night, the A/C was out and that was a HUGE concern, but within an hour, they had the problem resolved and from then on everything went without incident. The place is kept immaculate! If the kitchen was...
