We stayed in the villas and it was wonderful! The staff are very helpful and the villa itself was spacious and comfortable. A few things to look into is probably changing the beds as they are not very comfortable and the bath tub is rusty. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was hands down the worst hotel experience ever. Arrived at the hotel to find a dirty bathroom - filthy bath tub and urine on the toilet seat! The bathroom door didn't shut, let alone lock. The bed sheets had stains all over them. There were bugs - including two huge...

Went there was comfortable. When you plan to stay on the road more often. Staff were friendly and attend to matters as quickly as possible. David the breakfast was good thanks for the Ackee and salt fish with dumplings. I would definitely go back nice quiet environment.

We stayed at this hotel during the easter weekend and it was beyond awful. The sheets were dirty and smelled horrendous. There was no hot water, and to make things worse, the shower didn't work so we had to bathe under the pipe. The maid service would come in to clean the room during the day and leave the bedroom...

The resort has good bones. We stayed at the top of Fairy Hill in a gorgeous villa.... But, the towels and sheets were not clean, there were huge roaches, the air conditioning didn't work, there was no trash can.... A million little deficits that kept piling up. The people were nice and helpful, but we felt like complainers the whole...

I only been to Port Antonio once and that was well over 15 years ago so I had no idea where to stay. We were driving around looking for a hotel, some of the places were too expensive, some were full. We stopped near by Blue Lagoon to chat with a rastaman. We trusted he'd know whats up in Port...

The Jamaica Crest Resort is definitely worth the trip to Port Antonio. In June 2002 I took a group of 30 to the Jamaica Crest. The rooms were spacious, food excellent, customer service superb and management very accommodating to the needs of our group. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always at your call and did everything...
