The building is impressive and sits on a slight hill which gives Ina commanding view down towards the sea. Beautiful grounds and a lovely pool. And for art lovers there is a lot to see and wonder at - some interesting stuff and some rubbish. We didn't stay in the hotel but went in one evening at 5:00 pm for...

Jamaica Palace Hotel was clearly a grand place went it was built. My family (2 adults and 2 kids) spent three nights here while in Jamaica. We had two rooms...one on the ground floor and the second on the upstairs level. The Wi-Fi is very poor unless you are standing right by the front desk. It does not work across...

The hotel is recently renovated. The room was Spacious and clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Great get away. Port lanscape is lush and green. Beautifully decorated. Relaxing. Fifteen minutes from Boston Jerk Center.

I guess you get what you pay for. As we were leaving, I met the general manager that has been missing from this hotel for about 2 months so this may account for the following comments. His first day was the day I met him. I would give special recognition to Glenn (a man that was a "jack of all...

5 nights stay was ok. The surroundings beautiful. Surprised at the state of taps etc but as explained by my Jamaican friend, weather conditions affect it so much it is difficult to keep it as pristine as in Europe. Good size room, comfy bed, good size bathroom. Marble flooring can cause slippage so be careful. Had a room with balcony...

The hotel was not of my liking. I found the property to be very eerie...I expected to see ghosts. The paintings are nice, but some of the sculptures were almost scary. The rooms were clean and spacious. I found the front desk staff to be friendly.

Found this hotel on route to a local jerk spot. Stayed for a night. Although we had booked for 2 nights-due to no fault of the hotel-we checked out the next morning. The hotel were more than accommodating offering a full refund. Clean interesting rooms with plenty of space, lots of art work within the room & dotted all over...

Rate for hotel was decent 150 nightly. Wi fi worked. Staff was great. Pool design was culturally loved. On site restaurant on point. Security in and out was modest. Grounds very clean. Views from our balcony was very beautiful.

Visiting Jamaica Palace is like stepping back into the 1920's with a level of service to match. Fantastic surroundings with polite, friendly, helpful staff; plenty of space in the room and around the hotel; fresh flowers in the room on arrival; round beds and a large swimming pool in the shape of the map of Jamaica. It has the feel...

Went here while going to school in Jamaica. It was a holiday weekend trip with other international students and I wanted to at least see outside of Kingston for once. The drive from Kingston to Port Antonio was definitely a long one; so much so that I got sick on the ride while going. Once I & the other students...
