The food was good but maybe my expectations were higher than they should’ve been. Other than that, this has been one of my favorite trips! My stay was amazing, the vibes were always good and the bar was poppin every night! If you don’t like your drinks too strong, you gotta let the bartenders know that because they are heavy handed with the alcohol. This was my first time coming to Jamaica and it definitely won’t be my last!
Such an amazing experience, my family and I had the best day at the resort. We had so much to eat and the food was delicious and the view was to die for. The staff was so welcoming and courteous. I'd advise anyone to go for a getaway.
The customer service is amazing . I went to the buffet and The staff are friendly. My cup was never empty you have many persons assisting you.the food is 10 star.the pool is amazing.The jerk Hut guys are funny and engaging had me laughing off my face.The jerk chicken and jerks sausage was the best I have ever had and I have been to many hotels.The bartenders at the pool bar gave A class customer service.There was a bartender by the name of Shanakaye 10 star customer service.I was amazed by the staff and there service.Lots of small details of my trip add up to the best visit to a hotel.Everyone is so nice there and I enjoyed this trip and will return.
Ms. Camecia provided excellent customer service when we presented her with the issues we were having. Also, the manager gave us excellent customer service also. My husband and I truly appreciated everything the both of them did for us. Our room key didn’t work and we walked back and forth to the service desk 4 times. Come to find out the scanner on the door needed the battery replaced. The bells man assisted us with getting security up there to assist us with getting it replaced.
First I must apologize for the late review. We visited for the last weekend of August for my aunt's birthday. This is not my first time but I must say that both visits were very good but this one I will always remember. You have a great team but the below mentioned staff were exceptional; Anthony (butler), he was always checking on us and making sure we had a great time. Very attentive, pleasant and would do all possible to ensure our stay went well. Chad (diamond club) , very customer service oriented and pleasant. KerryAnn Quallo Casserly and her sales team made it very special for us. Thanks Kerry. Clithy and her team. These are the gems of the hotel. They must be treasured.
