I was looking for a clean quiet spot for our team to debrief before returning to the united states. This was a great spot, good service, friendly and clean. There was not a lot of activity and that was perfect for us. I don't know how any one could complain, specially for the price you pay. Not all rooms were...

The hotel is on a dual carriageway so if you are driving yourself, you need to be mindful of this. The hotel is in need of some TLC. So, let's start with the positives, there is a beautiful view from the balcony, the shower was hot and the floor was clean. There was also a TV which worked. The negatives...

When I arrived at Syrynity Palace, the room was adequate for the price but the smell! It smelled of mold and mildew. The staff let me check another room which was exactly the same. I am highly allergic to mold so we did not stay. Neither the hotel nor expedia offered me any sort of assistance or refund. I was...

From reading the reviews beforehand I knew this place had many negative points about it however I was in Montego Bay for a funeral and it was the nearest available place to stay as it was a last minute booking. I even brought my own towels, sheets and pillow cases which were needed. Upon arrival which was around 10pm due...

If you read their web site you think to yourself, ok this sounds ok. How wrong can one be. So lets look at the positives.: free wifi in reception, clean room, comfy bed and working aircon. Nice garden area leading onto small beach area overlooking Montego Bay. The negatives: No food or bar, tired and run down public areas. This...

The entrance to the resort doesn't make a good first impression but this is quickly eradicated by the breath-taking ocean and mini pier view from the balcony. I am not too thrilled about the continental breakfast as a local which is served at 8:30am - too late for me. The staff made the stay pleasant and warm even when we...

No shuttle from airport to this hotel. Driveway entrance is uneven ,cracked and other areas unpaved. Hotel entrance was very dark and abandoned looking, my wife asked driver to wait until we checked it out. Ten minutes later after the night watchman located the manager we were checked in. We were sent, not even escorted up and down stairways with...

My husband I returned to Syrynity Palace this week and we were shocked to see how the place has deteriorated. The linens, towels and floors were dirty. Breakfast was suppose to start at 8:30 but arrived an hour late. Breakfast was not prepared on the premises. It was prepared at another location and taken to Syrynity Palace.Staff did not apologize...

Please Please do not stay at this place. Jamaica has so much much much more to offer than this place and it is not a true reflection of the beauty of the country. My wife and I booked here and we could not even stay for one night. The hotel is very desolate at night, the location is horrible because...

It's a pretty nice hotel. It was really quiet and we really didn't see a lot of guest while there. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on the first floor and had the most amazing view of the beach. The pool didn't seem clean at the time and we were kind of disappointed because we so...
