This boutique hotel is extremely beautiful!! Friendly staff, good food, and the fancy atmosphere made my 6 day stay incredible. I enjoyed the transparent infinity pool, such a cool amenity. I went to breakfast every morning and I loved that American and Jamaican options were always readily available. The hotel is located in such a perfect convenient place, stores and souvenir shops are in walking distance. The beach is connected to the hotel, which is great, there is a bar and employees serving coconuts once you’re settled on the beach. Can’t wait to return.

My second visit to the S Hotel and first for Mom. A++ on all accounts. Andres Cope made our stay enjoyable, ensuring excellent service and accommodations. Restaurant Manager Farah provided a wonderful birthday surprise dinner for Mom, complete with shout-out from the Band. Driver Romaine Levy rounded out the trip with a North Coast tour and stop to Mom’s alma mater in Brown’s Town. The Hotel, staff and setting was perfect. COVID Testing at the hotel was professional and the airport procedures efficient. If you need to relax, eat great food and feel safe amid COVID protocols, this the the place to be. No crazy Sandals crowds, just chill.

I stayed at the S hotel with my mom, twice in the past month (December and January). On our first trip, we had amazing service. The staff is exceptional & goes out of their way to ensure you are happy at every turn, They are exceptionally dedicated to the property, and ensuring your stay is amazing. Food, entertainment, service, and SPA!! --- WONDERFUL! I have been back home to Jamaica almost 40 times in the last 15 years I have lived in the States, and I have always stayed at my home (which is just minutes away from the hotel). I chose to stay at the S Hotel primarily for its ease of location and access to Doctor's Cave Beach which is included within your stay. S Hotel is located on the Hip Strip, Jimmy Cliff Boulevard, and therefore is a mere 5 minutes away from the airport, downtown, beaches, and duty-free shopping. Location, location, location!! We spent a week on our first trip. Upon leaving the hotel, as soon as we got back to the States we booked our second stay. It was a no-brainer that we would stay at the S Hotel once again. The staff is world-class and it was a pleasure to see them every single day. For our second trip, we spent almost 3 weeks. The beach view rooms are worth it! You have a view of the beach, the pool, and a view of the beautiful grounds, which is convenient, as you can enjoy nighttime dinner entertainment from your balcony. On both trips, I felt incredibly safe. There were temperature checks at the security/gated entrance of the hotel. No one with a temp is allowed on the property. Once you enter any of the public areas, you are also temp checked and asked to sanitize your hands at each stop/station. Outdoor seating further maximizes safety against COVID-19. Quite frankly, I felt safer here than I have in other places here in Connecticut. The hotel also offers on-property COVID-19 testing, giving travelers their results in hours, easing travel, and making it really convenient for international travel and departure. Special mention and shout out goes to Andres, Zaria, Delroy, Odeth, Demara, Mustafa, Sheree, Ricardo, Rohan, Marsha from housekeeping, Russell, Samantha, Farah, Amanda, Chantal, Stacey, Dwayne, Chef Gregory and Maurice, Timera, Kim, Monifa, Renee, Kedesha and Tameika. The bar knew which drinks I liked and looked forward to making them, always, thanks, Rohan! The breakfast staff, Odeth, Delroy, Sheree, and Demara, started my day right! They made us feel so exceptionally special, allowing us to truly relax and get ready for the day ahead. Kenora, the singer, at night, made the time memorable as well. She made me feel at home, every night...it reminded me of my days at Sumfest, a nice musical evening is always in store with her. Sweet, sweet reggae music. The property is the perfect mix of modern and Jamaican traditional, which I appreciate. Bravissimo S Hotel and Staff! We cannot wait for our 3rd stay! This hotel and its staff are impressive and one of the best experiences I've had. I've spent time in hotels in the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, and none of those experiences are on par or are quite like my time with S Hotel and their staff. The S Hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a lovely setting to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is stunning and a great base to explore Jamaica. Lovely ocean view rooms. Covid protocols in place made me feel as safe as possible. Staff goes above and beyond. Shout out to Andres at the front desk and Russell for their excellent service. There was a limited breakfast and dinner menu. Each breakfast has a daily Jamaican option. Close walking distance to other restaurants to try, Tracks & Records, The Pelican & Marguerites Seafood. I definitely would return for another stay.

I highly recommend the S Hotel! The breakfast and dinner was complimentary with our stay. Each breakfast included American and Jamaican options— same with dinner. The jerk chicken, escovitch snapper, and lamb shank were all so delicious! Live music was included at dinner. The hotel service is great— Andres at the front desk is truly the best! If you want to book excursions, I highly recommend Romaine with Levy Transfers and Tours! He was recommended by the hotel front desk. Romaine provides customized service at great prices! We did a tour to the bamboo rafts and it was so great we booked a day trip to Negril for the next day! We went to 7 mile beach and Ricks Cafe — the service was above and beyond. Romaine provided complimentary water, Red Stripe, and big bottle of rum punch. You can reach out to him on WhatsApp prior to your trip to discuss options 1-876-891-1591. Also be sure to take advantage of the Irie Baths and sauna in the lower level of the hotel — no appointment needed from 6pm -10pm! So relaxing. …
