The hotel staff was amazing the upstairs rooftop bar was amazing as well including one of the bartenders Joel who catered to all of our drink and food order needs, as well having a sense of humor. The hotel has exceeded our expectations! Love the vibe they’ve set in Kingston

The server kamele was excellent and the food was amazing but personally I had a super time ambiance was excellent and the host was very pleasant other than that my time there was magnificent love the ROK

Dinner at The Palate inside the Rok exceeded my expectations and the server Kamele was one of the best I’ve encountered in a while, Food was good and as the name suggest very palatable. Thanks Kamele for making our experience one of the best. My friends and I had a lovely evening and will be visiting again soon .

What are you waiting for book your stay at the rok hotel if you’re in Kingston I must say it’s very clean safe we’ll protected everyday my room was clean by nickeshia very sweet trust worthy I love her at the bar Ricardo makes the best rum punch every thing was amazing I stayed there twice definitely will be returning not to mention alll the staffs was amazing

My service with Thalecia was great. She had a great energy and she listens to my wishes and concern. She is great at customer service. I perceived her as being the manager. If I come back i would like her to serve me. Although I was really tired when I came for breakfast she managed to put a smile on my face and made my stay at the ROK a memorable one.

I went to the ROK Hotel cafe and had such wonderful service from Trudy-Ann. She was so friendly and she made me this extraordinary, specialised coffee with Jamaican Blue Mountain and some kind of delicious syrup. It's possibly the best coffee I've ever had. Trudy-Ann made my day.

Great vibe! It was relaxed and grown and sexy. Riccardo was friendly, attentive, and made a great drink! The view out into the harbor is also calming. I sat by the poolside at Rockstone and I must say, the greenery is a serene addition to rhe ambiance.

Day trip to ROK and it didn’t disappoint. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. Ambience was very good Bartender served up a fantastic drinks and was extremely helpful in getting us to decide on a drink.
