I've stayed at the hotel several times before and decided to celebrate my mother's 70 birthday there this year. It was excellent from planning to execution. The sales team, banqueting staff and chef made this special occasion exceed my expectations. My mother was so pleased she said she delt like a Queen and I'm beyond grateful for the team that pulled this together for my siblings and I. It was a very special day and AC hotel did did not disappoint. Special thanks to Shellie-Ann Norton the Sales Director. She was thorough, made the best recommendations and most importantly was always available. Shantel, made the group bookings for our guests a breeze. Rochelle and Kedesha on the day of went above and beyond to make the day flow as best as possible. I can't say enough about how great this was and two days later guests are still calling with compliments. Thank you AC team! Job well done!…

Stayed for 1 night. Beautiful Hoel. State of the art . Had cocktails and food on arrival. Great bar scene in the evenings with DJ playing . Prices are very high but was expected . Very cleaning modern . 1 note to mention. No ATM on site.

Rooms are very nice and clean. Plenty of space to relax and eat downstairs in the lounge. The food is decent, albeit pricey (but it's a hotel lounge so expected). Negatives: I have stayed here 3 times and all 3 times I have checked out and was told the system was down (the latest due to a cyberattack apparently) and I would receive my folio as soon as the system was back up. I have had to chase my folio down everytime. I think my next visit I will spend my money elsewhere simply due to the issues with check-in/check-out.

I’m an avid traveler who has been to almost 40 countries and I have happily stayed at many Marriott hotels in my life, including most of their hotels in Shanghai, because my family received a friends and family rate for years. That being said, this has been one of the best Marriott experiences I’ve ever had and the competition is otherwise extremely fierce. I met some friends for drinks (and an impromptu dinner) at AC Hotel and had the unbelievable pleasure of meeting Kerecia at the bar. AC Hotel is beautiful and a great addition to KGN, but the people are the best part of any hospitality endeavour and in Kerecia they’ve found a goldmine. She was funny, witty, genuine, clever, and mixed delicious drinks— one of them of her own invention (please try her Cucumber Refresher). Lychee martinis are a must-have. I love coming home to Jamaica for a number of reasons, but Kerecia has put AC Hotel cocktails on the top 10 list. Thank you Kerecia and AC Hotel!…

There’s stupidly loud music coming from an event at this place, it’s almost 11pm, the rule of the hotel says events end at 10pm. I’ve contacted the reception THREE times already, they always say it’ll stop ‘are wrapping up now’ and then don’t!

Our stay at AC Kingston was amazing. From our warm greeting and smooth check in by Jhamelle to the clean room and comfortable beds I have no complaints. The great customer service also extends to the lounge/restaurant. Nadika the morning hostess was friendly and helpful. The lounge also has great Jamaican breakfast and some of the best fried dumplings we (JA family) have ever had. During the dinner service there were some issue that were quickly resolved by the restaurant manager. The gym is nice and a decent size. There's also a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. Great vibes ams drinks. I will definitely be staying at the AC anytime I'm in Kingston.
