Not bad at all for the price very homey. could use more staff to do house keeping as the ladies seem overwhelming by it all, though they were very nice. The food from the restaurant and bar was just ok, not great and it was a little overpriced for the area as you can just go anywhere in the immediate...

Hotel was just ok, can use some renovations. Grounds need to be cleaned up from my window I saw 2 used condoms on the ground. The patio chairs were ripped and dirty. There is pub on the premises which I understand is under separate management from hotel. The pub was great, nice local people gather everyday, spent most of the day...

Whoever developed the website for this hotel should be well compensated, because up on arrival the hotel was nothing like the picture. Customer service was poor, I was not greeted by a smile and I had to say hello for someone to acknowledge my presencd. While prices were quite economical it was not worth it. The bathroom, hhmm, the safety...

I stayed here for a few days while on business in Kingston. It is a budget hotel which shows signs of wear but was clean and had a comfortable bed. It is not the Ritz but if you just need a place to lay your weary head, it provides value for money. They do have an outdoor pool and I...

Good location, but that's all. My family have been staying here for the past 8years. None of us have stayed for a couple of years, so I decided to stay here for a few days whilst in Kingston. This was my friends first visit to Jamaica and out of our whole trip this was the worst part. The first room...

I had received raving reviews from a friend about this hotel. I was excited as it was not in the hustle and bustle of the city and it was central to everything. By the that's one of the high point of this place. Let me start at the reception. I had called and made a reservation. On arrival it was...

This has to be the WORST hotel in uptown Kingston!!!! The TWIN ROOMS are VERY SMALL and blocks the "Wardrobe" area. The reception area is Outdated, the bar Stinks!!!!! the food is EXPENSIVE, the pool is basic and probably filled with urine! The staff seems fed up and cynical about the quality of the rooms! Even CHELSEA HOTEL is BETTER!...

The Mayfair is a very presentable hotel with gates at the front which are manned by a security guard. There are 4/5 'villas' which hold around 4/5 rooms in each. The room we stayed in was a little small and outdated, but sufficient for a 2 night stay. There are also 2 bar/restaurants in the precinct which are very good...

It's nothing but dirty bathroom towels and place. The room we stayed in was so small we could not open our suitcases properly every was dirty...
