Spanish Court has easily become my favorite hotel in Kingston. They are Covid conscious and keep the rooms and property in pristine and clean condition. I’ve been visiting this hotel for the past 3 years when I travel to Jamaica for my birthday in December. Camille at the front desk always provides exemplary customer service. Milton consistently stopped by our table to ensure that we are content and enjoying our mouthwatering breakfast. Our exemplary waiter, Owen, went above and beyond to provide our family with extra humor and care. He brightened our spirits - even though we were about to attend a funeral. Maurice always prepares the best rum punch. Patricia gave my mother and I the best deep tissue massage we’ve ever had in life. I have to write about the Spanish Court Hotel again from the moment you walk in you see sanitizing and mask it goes on through the day also social distancing The manager for house keeping Stacy was there when we checked in she was so nice the room was very cleaned and the door was sealed before we enter the room but she still assisted us to see that we were okay and if we need any thing I must say Joseph is one of the best Hotel manager I have ever met he greeted us with a happy smiling face and a big welcome back The food is always very good and the waiter with an unusual name Thunder was so courteous with a sense of humor we spent two days at this Hotel then we go to the S Hotel in montego bay two great places to stay
I would highly recommend this Hotel for anyone who wants to dine/spend a few nights. The food, ambiance and service is just wonderful! Shout out to the Manager, Priyanka and the Bartender, Chevalo who made my friend and I feel so welcomed. Definitely coming back!
I had a quick birthday stay at Spanish Court Hotel in February. Once the staff were told it was a special occasion stay, we were upgraded to the rooms with a mountain view on the 3rd floor. While the room itself was small, it was not a turn-off since it was only for the night. Dinner at Rojo was excellent, as usual. It is one of the best and most consistent luxury dining experiences in Kingston. Kerry* the waitress was a gem. The white chocolate cheesecake was THE BEST i've ever experienced (and I am not a fan of cheesecake nor chocolate, so that's saying something). We received breakfast via room service and it came within an hour. The cons I can remember were room size (minor peeve), no toilet paper, being locked out of the room upon return after dinner and having to wait on the front desk agent to return to assist, no robes or slippers in the room and chipped furniture showing the wear and tear of the room. Re COVID protocols, temperatures were checked but no verbal instruction given to sanitise. I suppose its just a second nature assumption that one should. Will we be back? Probably not to stay but definitely to Rojo Restaurant.…
My friend and I visited for dinner and we loved it. Our server Maurice was extremely pleasant and courteous and the meal service was great. Priyanka, one of the managers checked in on us to ensure everything was good and made us feel welcome. We were well catered to. Excellent experience! Definitely returning.
