Vacation Rentals located in Guadeloupe at Saint-François, in front of the beach of Anse du Mancenillier, near activities (windsurfing, kite surfing , boats, catamaran, jet ski, diving, Golf, Casino,).The marina of Saint-Francois, shops and restaurants are 500 meters away. There are 5 charming bungalows with double and single bedrooms, a bathroom, a bed column, a TV, a kitchen, air conditioner and fans. To take full advantage of the sun there are an outdoor shower,a sun terrace with loundgers and hammocks at your disposal. For you relaxation we have a 7 places SPA and a swimming pool. Possibilities of massages on demand. Breakfast is served in the morning from 07:30 AM.The restaurant "Le Bois lélé" which is open for lunch and dinner at the customers request, offers an authentic as well as an innovative traditional Creole cuisine at the customer's request. A menu is daily suggested by our chef.Anicette and Joel are at your service from 07:30 to 21:00. A welcome drink is offered at your arrival and you will be offered a Hotel service of quality.

Le Neem is situated at the Anse du Mancenillier near Saint François. There are 3 bungalows and a center unit with a complete kitchen that can be used by all the guests and a wooden deck with tables and chairs. Anisette and Joelle (the owners) serve the breakfast in the morning. Despite a nearby small aerodrome the place is very very quiet and comfortable. We had a perfect stay with my wife and my 4 years old daughter who was also very happy for the outdoor spa. The bungalows (we where in the Safran one) are pretty and spacious (especially the big bathroom with the massage shower). Anisette and Joelle are welcoming and Joelle is an excellent chef (renowned on the island). We where enchanted by the creative reinvention of the creole tradition that Joelle put in all is dishes. The dinner is an additional service of this chambre d'hotes but i really recommend to try it, you will not be disappointed. The location was simply perfect for our trip.

A very nice, cosy and relaxing place. Anicette welcomes cheerfully her guests, with insightful recommendations while Joel, her husband and former well known chef, entertains his guests with delicate creole dishes and cooking history. We simply highly recommend Le Neem for a relaxing stay in Saint-Francois.

We spent 2 weeks there and had a great time. Anicette and her husband are very kind and friendly. Everything is very clean. Beaches are very closed. Lots of things to do. Great restaurants closed by Le Neem.
