The room was very dirty and the food at the hotel was worse than the room. If you don't mind dirty room and awful food then this is ideal as it is very close to St Georges etc, however, would strongly advise that you select another hotel to avoid dissapointment.

Arrived at the hotel in the evening with my son on arrival there was no one at the front desk and had to wait for about 10 mins. When i was eventually seen, and inquired about my reservation i was informed that they did not have any room available. I informed the receptionist that i had made the booking 3...

Tropicana inn does not live up to the Club Tropicana feeling at all. We had lunch there and we had a Roti which I have to say was very nice however this was spoilt by the very unfriendly staff and severely lacking any atmosphere at all. We will not be going back again.

This place is a sorry excuse for a hotel..firstly there was no one at the front desk upon arrival; had to wait about 15 mins b4 being attended to. When we finally got in the room smelt funky mothballs was used to kill the scent. The bedsheets and towels were very 'worn & tired' the food was expensive, overcooked, and...

Tropicana has been closed for a while, I thought for refurbishment, this was not the case. Really needs some updating. The linen and towels were worn and tired, the corridors dark and dismal. The room itself was not bad, it was functional for a one night stay, no way would I have stayed longer. Receptionist was really nice and friendly...

It is clean but very noisy, if you want something for a day or so then ok, but for a holiday ? I do not think so. The food is not great but for what it is it costs its ok, the take out side is far better. Not a lot more to say really.

What is there to like about this dump? We stayed one night here just to be close to the ferry for our departure the next morning - it goes down as being the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The bedlinen and towels were not clean, the aircon was so noisy we could not sleep with it on and...
