Pools were always clean and at a good temperature. The drinks were quite good as the bartenders put a lot of care into them, especially Ernesto. Rooms are nice and the shower is awesome! Grounds are well kept and had some beautiful flowers. The beach is absolutely stunning! For those concerned almost all women were wearing a thong bikini at the beach and pools (including me). There were also dozens of topless women everyday, mostly the younger crowd (also including me LOL.) in the pools and on the beach. This is something I love to see as when on vacation you should not have to worry about dress codes.

A great team at the water sports. Really nice and helpful people! My dad and I decided to go on the banana which I hadn’t done before. It was very good fun! We had another appointment immediately after so we had to run before paying ( no cash) hence we thought that we will have to leave without the pictures taken but Charles who was in charge has been really great and have us the USB with photos anyway just moments before we had to go. Really nice guys. Recommend doing their activities! :)

The rooms were a decent size. The large selection of differing food options for lunch and dinner was impressive. We ate in a different restaurant every night for the 1st week! Some of the a'la carte restaurants were better than others. The two that really stood out were the Japanese show cooking restaurant and the Argentinian restaurant. Service was flawless and food was amazing. Lunch time options were pretty good and there was a bbq on the beach as well as in one of the beach side restaurants. The weather was amazing for the whole time we were there. A couple of quick showers that you would miss if you blinked did not upset the holiday. The only negative of the trip was the over zealous sales team constantly trying to sell trips and tours daily.

Food is amazing. This hotel is definitely the best I’ve ever been too. Loved every minute of our holiday. So much choice for food and the pools are really nice the kids loved it deciding which one we go to each day.

I believe the resort is very nice, pools, grounds, rooms, service all outstanding! Sand was soooo soft however because of where the resort is the ocean was extremely rough and it was windy all the time, no snorkeling. The food was ehh okay, just resort food and really no seafood to be found. The specialty restaurants are okay. The sales people being EVERYWHERE was obnoxious and we tired of it very quickly, not for timeshares but for junk...trinkets, jewelry, pet the monkey, play with the parrot, buy my beads, braid your hair, take a tour, book a trip....ALL the time and a lot of them are in Paladium shirts. So the guy you have to see to get fresh towels is also hawking trips and walking around the pool bugging you. DON't go to the buggy trip...it was such a waste of money, on crowded pot hole roads the whole time, never in the jungle or by ocean as they advertise, then they stop 3 times for you to conventionally buy...you guessed it more junk!! Spent more time fending them off then going anywhere, rides were really junky too, we had 3 break down on our short trip. …
