This was a last minute decision to go since our original one had been canceled last April. Actually quite happy that we ended up at the Sirenis. We had always wanted to go there and were not disappointed. Every one was so friendly and professional. In spite of the low tourist arrivals, the food did not suffer( it was excellent by the way), and they kept up with activities as much as possible. The only food that we did not enjoy was their soups. Other than a fish soup I had, which was decent, all the rest tasted the same ie. no taste. The grounds were well kept, the rooms were clean, service was excellent. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit to this resort. My husband and I came from a cold climate in the dead of the winter in the midst of the COVID pandemic. We would never go to a new place in this environment. Sorry, all complainers, best time ever! The property is big and remote, so no unnecessary interactions or encounters. The beaches are open at any time. Talk about those beach walks! Rooms: Who needs air conditioning when it’s 85F and not humid outside? I respect the differences, but… We kept our balcony door open at all times, even when not in the room - our apologies to the housekeeping staff Food: We were able to visit all themed restaurants on the premises. We enjoyed them all! Entertainment: It was on a smaller scale compared to the last year, but still fun. We so much appreciate that! Finally, staff: Everyone there was cordial and smiling at us, from the grounds maintenance staff to managers. Our special thanks go to Jose Polanco, Carlos Jimenez, and other concierges at Sea View avenue; Roberto Castillo, concierge manager; Mayra, buffet, and restaurant waitress; also Idalisa, Emmanuel, Daniel (buffet/restaurants); Kelvin, restaurant manager; Elli (management team), Amaury Guerrero at the check-out. Lo Lo Jay at the gym with his professionalism, patience, and friendly smile during archery and private bike lessons deserves a special mention. We arrived at the resort in mid January of 2021. The hotel and staff have done a magnificent job of taking everyone's safety into account and we felt very safe while enjoying the wonderful facilities and fantastic weather Punta Cana has to offer. The beach is pristine, and the ocean water is really warm. A wonderful place for a warm reprieve from these strange trips.

I was very surprised by gorgeous beach, great people take a great care of guests. Food needs a big improvement Tropical suites are very comfortable and large. Reception guys care a lot about you. Very good bar men in the lobby and the beach . The manager have to take care about the food in restaurants and buffet . Very limited choice and not tasty.
