This resort has been disgusting from day 0. First they throw us in a room with no AC, MOLDED PILLOWS, SOPPING WET mystery floors that never never dry and always flood. Salt shakers with no bottoms. Broken TV's a pull out bed that doesn't stay down and I can go ON AND ON. We had to call the front desk just to come and replenish towels and rags when it was clear we had to use all of our towels to clean the leaking floor so that we didn't bust our bottoms, my sister ended up SPLIPPING right after a half basic "maintenance man" came. After my mothers sickness due to those molded pillows she had to scream to the front desk after being hung up on SEVERAL times to fix the room and eventually they moved us one floor down! AND THE NEW ROOM WAS Pristine. Then dont get me started with the dumb timeshare people. This man comes to the room saying they'll fix everything my sister and mother are currently injured and they offer a tour of things we as interval had access to. They DRAG MY MOTHER OUT OF BED AFTER NOTIFYING THEM THAT SHE HAD BEEN VOMITING AND HAVING DIARRHEA. They quite literally shied us everything we didn't have access to. These people literally just care about themselves they are ridiculous and elementary. I work corporate on site for Marriott so I know EXACTLY how hospitality is to be handled and they FAILED. Lastly the "snack time". They don't allow you to bring food out which wouldn't be a problem if they didn't allow it every night. Me and my sisters were not stopped from bringing food out for 2 nights straight then all of a sudden rules come out of thin air???? They are disposable plates and cups why give us a kitchen and all just for us to starve. This place is CRAP. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL. Video room proof on tik tok! @haelbeth 0/10…
beware of this company yesterday whilst walking along the beach on punta carna in the Dominican Republic my partner and myself were approached by a representative from the hotel, asked if we were interested in a 90 hotel presentation as they were trying to attract clients due to covid -19 and this included lunch, we had just walked for about an hour, we were peckish and I needed to look so we agreed. cutting a long story short we had a lovely lunch with a sales representative who to my surprise offered us alcohol during our lunch. a 90 minute presentation took 4 hours as they basically offered us just about anything so that I would sign a contract. during the 4 hours we were given champagne? wine and beer and when I demanded to see a contact, the second clause states not to sign if you are under the influence of alcohol. when i pointed this out in was told of that's OK you haven't drunk that much and wood you like another drink to which from then I declined even water. the one thing that I wanted to do before agreeing to this fantastic too good to be true deal was to check out thier company 1st and as I didn't have any WiFi I wanted to do this at my own time. all they wanted was for me to sign, sign and sign. they also offered to put us up in they 5 star hotel in a vip suite for the duration of our stay and if I still wasn't happy I could get a no quibble refund . I am so glad I walked away . when I got back to my hotel got straight on the Internet and Man sadly my reservations were true. most of what they said to me was bull.i can only speak for myself but others just be mindful to me it's a new version of timeshare scams from the 80's to before you sign make sure u got WiFi and do your homework. this could have turned out to be a very costly holiday.…
We went to relax and enjoy ourselves, luckily we did that because as we were about to get on the plane the hotel called to say we couldn't have our original villa. We were with our friends as their guests . It's a great spot but a little messed up on how they operate. Would we go back again, I have to say yes cause they have kept the money we were owed for the downgrade. Lots to do, food was good, some restaurants were a lot better than others. It was not easy to get reservations and the restaurants you didn't need them for had food that was much better.
It was all awesome mainly the customer service. The food was good and the facilities were very clean, the view enchanted me because we were between mountains. I really recommend this resort. I just want to say thanks for making my honeymoon a terrific experience.
Loved my stay at lifestyle so much Dec 13-15 that we decided to stay another night through the 16. The service is great, rooms out of this world, and so many activities you would need an entire week to actually get to see and do everything. The food was great and the service at the VIP beach spectacular. Honestly the only downside was that at Casa Blanca it took the waitress/waiters a little longer to service us (Dominican couple) than it did other guest that physically look to be from other parts of the world but other than that it was the perfect vacation.
Stayed for a couple of weeks and need to mention a few employees who went above and beyond. Junior Vasquez, our concierge, who made sure everything was right. He would track us down on the resort just to make sure we were happy. LILO and Angel at the tennis and pickleball courts. Rained a lot of nights, they would be there in the morning getting the water off with a squeegee. Great guys. Pedro ( Happy Happy) at the bar, always in a good mood. Kelsie at Vienna coffee house, always great coffee Del at the bar on the Terrace Thanks
We love the lifestyles resort and we wanted to give a shout-out to the exceptional staff who made our vacation a great one. The bartender named Media at La Cayena is your first angel. She is always smiling, laughing and a welcoming spirit. Juan the bellhop was terrific and accommodating to our needs. Also great with names—remembers everyone by name. Pedro at the Chasers bar by the Royal Suites is always “happy, happy”! Every morning we had espresso in the Vienna Coffee shop and the women working there were very good. These folks in addition to many others made our week here a fun and relaxing one!
first when we arrived to the Hotel they told us that we had another room different to the one i had reserved before and thats how i got to the royal suites, the room was ok, even thought it wasnt the one i reserved, but the food is not the best, they didnt have shrimps, and it was a mess to get to the meat, too many people and only one chef working with the grill....everything was to far away, and only VIP ghests are able to use transport inside….well i do not recomend it.
My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was fun. 3 days was enough. We ended up with a huge 2 bedroom suite that was over kill for us but it was July so prices were cheap $190 per night for the two of us with all inclusive. Breakfast and lunch buffet was pretty good, dinners were OK, we did make reservations for the mexican restaurant one night which was good. This is a great place to chill, get in the water and eat and drink. The service was exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to be nice and were helpful. i was glad we stayed here because it was a bit quieter and seemed less chaotic.
This was our first time staying in The Royal Suites (we normally stay in Royal Villa's or Presidential) we had a ground floor 2 bedroom(2 kings) suite. These suites are a decent size for two couples or a small family. Although we didn't utilize the pool outside our door, we did use the deck and it was very relaxing, the vibe for these suites seems to be laid back and quite. These suites have all been renovated and the standard would be a little lower than presidential, that's ok because with all the different bars and beaches within the complex you don't spend a lot of time in the room. The bar tender for this area was super friendly and always saying "good morning, hello etc" and always had a smile on his face. My only complaint would be that the bar did not have bottled water. As always the staff at Deja View, Cafe Del Mar and the many restaurants we visited were excellent and made our stay that much better. The captain at the Rodizio provided excellent service within the wine cellar room as well. Luis and Starling were fantastic as always and we can't wait to get back. …
