It looks like this resort has had a facelift from the time we last visited there years ago. The main pool looks bigger now, and the rest of the resort looks more updated overall (nothing like the smaller cozy feeling resort we experienced). From the last review I've read it seems the food has gotton better overall, and the beach, mall, and surounding area has more or less stayed the same (which is good). Imo, if you can find it on sale for around $600pp (more or less) Canadian for this place now, I would consider it a good deal for a 3 star resort.
