This is my second time here. First time I came was before covid. It was a great place and I was excited to come back a second time with my husband. I won’t be coming back. Between the scams of excursions (locals get things for half the price) to the constant problems in the room (cold shower, tv not working, toilet constantly randomly overflowing when we are gone) They have made all the Americans here feel very unwelcome. They have bussed in the locals by the hundreds making the resort feel cheap. They aren’t providing half of the stuff they used to (no water sports, no welcome party, long lines for Buffet) They pretend they are being covid safe but only make the foreigners wear their masks. No problem if the locals come up to bar without a mask. Was completely turned off by this trip and will spend my money in a different country next time.

I just want to thank Karina Cuevas and Jose Lopez. Karina set up all my family's dinner times and nights. She also set our Covid-19 Test. That was such a huge relief. She also made the arrangement for the resort to the airport. She was always available when we needed her. It's really a positive for companies when there employees are available to there customers. Keep up the excellent service Karina and Jose and customers will keep coming.

After reading all the reviews on here good and bad we decided to give it a try and we were not disappointed. This resort is beautiful sure the rooms need some updating but for the amount of time you stay in your room it really didn't bother us to much. You can't expect everything perfect for the price you pay . The beach was nice we were vip had the private cabanas this was an experience I'll never forget one of the best resorts I've been too . Would recommend for sure and would absolutely come back
