This hotel is located just off the city center of Willemstad. The hotel is a former monastery and has a very peaceful inner courtyard around which the rooms are situated. The rooms are neat and clean, and they are comfortable. I had no complaints about anything, although the pool is really small. What I found was that I loved really...

The building is a beautiful combination of old and new. The restyling is brilliant. I loved the old floor and I could feel the building's history. However the suite wasn't very comfortable. It was dark, humid and not easy to breathe. And mosquitos came through the wooden windows. The staff was very casual, in my opinion a bit too loose....

We were there for our 2012 Christmas holidays. First: we arrived late in the evening from a very long intercontinental flight and were barely greeted by the young lady at the reception. We had paid a deposit before arriving in Curaçao and were asked to settle the full total even before getting to see the room (BIG mistake). Upon arrival...

We spent a week at the Klooster in the middle of March. We choosed this Hotel by chance, just having a look at the price and some reviews. It was a good choice: the Hotel is quite new, very clean, comfortable and in a good position. The prices in Curacao are quite high, but this was reasonable. Didn't have meals...

Great hotel, very friendly staff. We have been there when they organized the Spring Fair in the courtyard, we very much enjoyed this evening. Ask the front desk to rent a car, which you really need to explore the island. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were greeted with a room that was a Motel room at best, were upgraded to a larger room, for which we were greatful as we were staying 4 nights. The renovations for the former Monastery were apparently more expensive than the budget allowed, as there are many instances were the work is simply substandard. No hot water in the...

We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed at t'Klooster for one night, on the night of New Year's!, prior to going into our vacation rental home. We arrived and found everyone gone or leaving for New Year's celebrations, filled-in some forms and were handed the keys and mainly dealt with the security guard. Unfortunately for us the restaurant was also...

I stayed here for a few days when i was in Willemstad. I like the feeling you have here with the original buildings. I hate normal new build hotels with no atmospehere and this former monastery has a good atmosphere. The location was on walking distance of the center, it will take about 15 minutes. Nearby, 100 metres away, in...

A former monastery turned hotel with a very nice inner court area with lots of atmosphere. Rooms are a bit smaller than the average hotel room. There is a small pool and a nice shaded outdoor sitting area. The breakfast at US$15 I found overpriced. It takes a 10-minute walk to get to the center and some bars and restaurants....
