Adios Los Delfines
OMG where to start. Unfortunately after 8 years we will not be returning to the los delfines. The whole atmosphere, moral and buffet have gone completely down hill.

Travelled to Los Delfines in December 2017 with a friend for two weeks over Christmas. We got a good deal at $624 inclusive per week. Many paid at least double per week and is certainly not worth it.

One of the frequent posters on the Varadero forum stated awhile ago that the colonial rooms (the rooms you are inquiring about) are only available for European travellers. Depending on when you plan to visit, perhaps you can upgrade when you get to the hotel. Doubtful if you would be able to during peak times. The Canadian companies rooms are all in the pool area. The colonial rooms have a balcony on the ocean or facing the main hotel.
