Norka's house is very stylish and the room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The house is well located and is only a few minutes walk from the main square. We like to walk and so visited all of the main attractions on foot but if that's not your thing you can easily pick up taxis etc nearby ....

Norka’s house is cozy and welcoming. We were only in town for a night but it seems like a good base of operations for a longer stay, not far from pedestrian boulevards and the main plazas. We got to eavesdrop on a CDR meeting from our room. They made us a lovely breakfast, early in the morning as we had...

I stayed at Casa Azul for 2 weeks and what can I say, it was outstanding. The house is centrally located and within reach of most of town. Norka and Isa her daughter are excellent hosts and will look after you very well. The house is clean and the rooms are very comfortable along with their own bathroom. I stayed...

We spent 7 weeks traveling around Cuba mostly staying in casas. This one was comfortable but not exceptional. Norka spoke good English and provided us with a lovely breakfast. The location was pretty good being far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but within walking distance. It would have been nice to have our own...

Thank you so much Norka, we had such a wonderful time staying with you! Norka has the most beautiful house, and she cooked us a wonderful meal, which was so delicious. She's really helpful and made us feel welcome and at home in Santiago de Cuba! Really recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights at Casa Azul, as the first stop in our first-ever Cuban trip and as a family trip (with 2 teenage daughters and their grandmother). What a wonderful way to start our holiday! Norka's hospitality was amazing. As we were celebrating our grand-mother's 80th birthday, Norka had bought some flowers for her room as well as baked...

Norka is an amazing host and cook. She is doing her best to provide a comfortable staying and can help you with arrangement of your trip if you want to. Do not forget to ask her for daiquiri after dinner which was the best we had in Cuba. We spent nice time in her beautiful casa.

I stayed here for 2 nights in February 2015 and it was wonderful. Norka is very friendly and helpful but also gives you a good balance of independence if you just want to do your own thing. On my last day in Santiago my bus didn't leave until late that night, and she let me keep my things there all...
