As far as I am aware, from the US you have to book via a 3rd party booking site. Such as Cuba Travel Network

Not sure where the snorkeling is offered... This is a large, bustling city. The nearby cay doesn't have anything on offer either. I wouldn't go back to Santiago.. Head for Trinidad to beautiful town and great beach..I'm told... More
