Our stay in this boutique hotel was excellent. We went there on our honeymoon and Andres made us refreshing daiquiries as soon as we got there. The breakfast was also great. It consisted of various tropical fruits, toasted bread, coffee / tea, delicious homemade jam, eggs cooked to your liking and a different side each day prepared by the chef. The hotel is centrally located and therefore close to everything. Room was clean and spacious. Huge thanks to the great staff Andres, Gloria and Aliev for their hospitality and help. They were friendly and did everything they could to have our days in Havana well spent. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff! We got a room upgrade for our honeymoon and welcoming drinks. The staff was helping us whatever we needed. They got us a ticket for a cuban show and the transportation to the airport with a nice car. The room was clean, breakfast was so delicious and location and the staff were perfect.

Great hotel with extremely friendly staff! They took care of everything, the taxi, show tickets, dinner recommendations etc. We were given delicious welcome drinks upon arrival, we even got upgraded due to our honeymoon. Ala carte breakfast was super good, big, delicious and versatile. Clean place with perfect location.

My sister and I travelled to old Havana and were thrilled to meet with such an excellent staff and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect and the hotel is spotless. However, what makes this hotel stand above others is the excellent staff. Honestly, each one of them is informative, helpful and kind. Gloria, Aliev and Andres are flexible, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile for whatever you need. They are the reason that this hotel receives such a high rating. You are in good hands in Cuba with these people.

Im a regular traveler to Cuba for 20+ years and this just might be the best place I’ve ever stayed there. Staff was superb, breakfasts were outstanding and made to order, and the rooms were cool, comfortable and quiet. For those who prefer a casa particular to a big hotel, this is the place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay when in Havana. The staff goes above and beyond to make your vacation the best, wether it’s finding a new suite case or planning adventures. The location is perfect to explore old Havana by foot. There’s also a lot of restaurants with good food and drinks close by. Just ask the staff and they’ll tell you where to go, all their recommendations for us was spot on perfect! And like that’s not enough the included breakfast is magical with fresh fruits and eggs in whatever way you want. The chef is a wonderful man who everyday gave us different deserts to try and on the last day he found us a mango, even though it wasn’t in season. We would recommend this place to everybody who go to Havana and we’ll be back for sure!

Precious petite jewel in the heart of old Havana. Legal for Americans to stay here! Exceptional service staff,like having personal concierge/butler!Wonderful cooked to order breakfast and excellent coffee machine drinks in small arty lobby breakfast room. My suite was modern with newish bathroom,plenty of hot water and excellent easy ac/fan system. Large comfortable bed.Very busy street but so convenient to walk to many nearby charming restaurants as well as sites of old Havana. Free walking tours meets just a block from hotel each morning. Wifi was quite good and was able to WFH, work from hotel through Google meets .Giselle, manager, is incredibly efficient with your inquiries. Andress, Gloria,Alith,Carlos are stellar and professional staff. There is night watchman on duty ea night but I felt very safe as solo woman traveler. Staying 10 nights here feels a bit like a locals experience! Wonderful stay and feels like little oasis in hectic, noisy city…
