I have been to Havana more than a few times, so the "Hey, it's Cuba!" charm of things has warn off of me. This is especially true when paying top dollar for a hotel that bears an American chains name. The pros: best bed in all of Cuba - been all over the island and nothing compares; the only place...

We have read your comments and we would like to apologize for the inconveniences pointed out in your post, they are clearly below the standards and the service we strive to provide to our guests every day. We have been working very hard since Four Points took over this hotel...

Sheraton just took over this hotel and about the only thing they've been able to consistently get up to Sheraton's international standards is the bed linens - which we greatly appreciated. The rooms are HUGE, but neither balcony door locked. The bath had been recently updated with new tile. There was a shower head over the tub and a separate...

Four Points by American standards is a Comfort Inn in the USA, rated as a 4 star is not accurate, overpriced and very slow service. It is clean and has a nice atmosphere but it located away from the central activities in downtown Havana, Most important it has only one iron for the entire hotel to use. I will not...

Our original hotel plans fell through so we stopped at this hotel for two nights to reorganize. This hotel offers all the amenities you would find in any upscale US hotel. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, swimming pool, excellent restaurant, bar (albeit with a limited wine selection) and room service. Located in the Miramar district (about fifteen minutes from downtown La Habana,...

I've traveled to Cuba more than 20 times over the past decade. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. The staff is fantastic but the aging lobby furniture and weak Internet signal are disappointing. So too are the rooms. Sheraton should have renovated this hotel before it took over. It appears to be making changes on the fly, but...

Dear Cubatraveler46 We have received and read carefully your detailed comments regarding your stay at our hotel and first of all I would like to deeply apologize for all the inconveniences encountered throughout your stay. Ariel and team made us feel welcomed and made sure that we had everything that we needed for a great experience in Cuba. I contacted the hotel before I arrived and was given great advice from the staff. Whenever we needed a driver or a person to take us on a trip for a day, we learned to trust the...

Great hotel. staff very friendly. share the Christmas party and was very fun. Live music and shows. great breakfast, and for us was a perfect location, in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Havana, with fine secret restaurants.

If you are here to see Havanna- don't stay here. This place is way out and a taxi is 10-20 CUC to downtown/Vieja one-way. The hotel does have a free bus transit 4 times a day which is good but you have to come home by 7 pm or pay a taxi and there is NOTHING to do around the...

My husband and I stayed for a week at the Four Points in the Miramar area in December.
