I've traveled to Cuba more than 20 times over the past decade. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. The staff is fantastic but the aging lobby furniture and weak Internet signal are disappointing. So too are the rooms. Sheraton should have renovated this hotel before it took over. It appears to be making changes on the fly, but...

Dear Cubatraveler46 We have received and read carefully your detailed comments regarding your stay at our hotel and first of all I would like to deeply apologize for all the inconveniences encountered throughout your stay. Starwood took over this hotel back in July 2016 and even though we have been working very hard in different aspects that go from training...

Ariel and team made us feel welcomed and made sure that we had everything that we needed for a great experience in Cuba. I contacted the hotel before I arrived and was given great advice from the staff. Whenever we needed a driver or a person to take us on a trip for a day, we learned to trust the...

Great hotel. staff very friendly. share the Christmas party and was very fun. Live music and shows. great breakfast, and for us was a perfect location, in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Havana, with fine secret restaurants.

If you are here to see Havanna- don't stay here. This place is way out and a taxi is 10-20 CUC to downtown/Vieja one-way. The hotel does have a free bus transit 4 times a day which is good but you have to come home by 7 pm or pay a taxi and there is NOTHING to do around the...

My husband and I stayed for a week at the Four Points in the Miramar area in December. The hotel is in a lovely location from which one can walk to several restaurants, a park, the shore of Havana Bay and a small grocery. The hotel has a patio and indoor seating for their large and varied breakfast buffet. The...

Not 5 star by American standards but I will say the beds was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It is a 10-15 min drive to Havana. Location great -Miramar . Out of the fray. Lots of people were complaining about the poor wifi . Staff spoke several languages but at times seemed stressed. The best restaurants in...

The rooms are falling apart. I was traveling with an American tour group for two weeks in Cuba, from east to west. All the hotels except this one were great, incl those wholly owned by the Cuban govt. Our American tour guide said there are no good hotels in Havana. This review is not a comoarison to them, but to...

The highlight of this hotel are great great beds, spacious rooms, good breakfast. Not 5 star hotel according to European standards...have not stayed in other hotels in Havana so I cannot compare. Internet is slow, it costs 5 CUC per hour. Staff mostly friendly. We slept great in this hotel.
