Our stay at the Ingleterra was a deseastre. The employees of the reception are very rude and contemptuous. The room was small and antiquated with a terrible smell of sewage. The bathroom was dirty with no aeration (see photo). The breakfast was not at all what we can expect in a 4 stars hotel (no fresh juice, only 2 different...

We used both the al fresco restaurant at the entrance as well as the roof top terrace to enjoy a few drikns. While the street life is enjoyable, nothing beats the beautiful terrace for a drink at sunset. Service was batter (more prompt) on the roof top too. Drinks were well-prpared at both places.

Located on the central spine road this hotel has seen better days - we stayed at 3 hotels due to a mix up with the booking and this was the most expensive and best of a bad lot . The building suffers from little maintenance and the service is poor . Some nice touches with the music at breakfast

We stayed two nights at this hotel. very well situated close to the old center. Nice terrace in front of the hotel, with live entertainment. Also the roof terrace is very comfortable. Very diverse and high quality food (breakfast)

A wonderful hotel in the very heart of the city that is full of history. The staff was very friendly and always co-operative, they spoke good English and could even tell jokes in the language (greetings to Ludwig!). The opinion of the hotel depends very much on the room that you get. Ours was overlooking the National Theatre, our air...

I stayed for three nights during the last week of December 2016. My experience and opinion of this hotel is mixed with the following pros and cons: Pros: - Beautiful 19th century building in excellent location on the border of central and old Havana, across from Parque Central, one block from the Capitolio. - Walking distance to many key attractions...

Put this on your list of places to listen to some great music-good for a quick sandwich and a Buccanero cerveza. We went a few times in the late afternoon to put our feet up and it filled the bill each time!

Sitting in the outdoor cafe watching all the people and old cars on display across the street was amazing. Waitstaff outside is a bit slow especially when busy but if you are lucky enough to get a table to sit and watch a while its worth the wait!

Mould inside bathroom rusted accessories and really noisy. You could not close the room entrance door without slamming it so because of the echo you could have heard anyone closing it! So if anyone decided to go out of the room @ 6 am you would have known. First night I almost had a heart attack when I heard my...
