Let me start out by saying, $149 for 6 nights! Great hotel for the price, ...great location across the street from the University., Breakfast buffet was included too.The patio is EXCELLENT for people watching and enjoying a nice cigar. The place was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, and all the staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place if you... More

After a catastrophic night in room 610, noisy, no water, uncomfortable, I moved down a floor to 517. View down to the sea, no noise, water mainly cold but hot water was available for a few days, the air conditioning was relatively quiet and the bed comfortable. Cable TV. Buffet breakfast was fine. Coffee awful. I went down to the... More

Do yourself a favour and stay in a Casa when you visit Havana. If you stay here, do not select the breakfast option - there were flies throughout the restaurant. The rooms did not feel safe, however were quite clean. The view is quite good the hotel is in an okay position, but there are better places in Havana if... More

We stayed there on the last night of our Cuba trip. As the first five nights of our trip we stopped in glorious homestay in Havana, the hotel was disappointing. But the location is good and staff is friendly. And cheap compared to other Havana hotels.

Its an okay hotel , initially I didnt have to be at this hotel but for some reason my agency changed it for this one for the first two days. Before travelling to Cuba, I thought that the food was discusting ( what people told me) but it was okay. For breakfast they offered bread, mango, popeyes , pinneaple ,... More

hola :) Me second visit to the Colina which was back in Jan. 2016. Again, no problema with the friendly staff. The hotel wasn't that busy at the time. Had water and warm water for 7 days :) The higher the floor the less water pressure for the shower. It seems like probably any hotel there is not that good... More

I usually travel to cuba once a month and stay in different hotels and casas. Well, I had read the opinios of this hotel, but it wasnt the first time the bad opinions are a lie. The positive thing is the location. Its opposite the University and between Vedado and Havana Ctr. The rooms were the same I had seen... More

Worst hotel. We should have stayed with a family or in a Bnb. Nothing in this "hotel" works. It is a dump. Fungus on peeling walls. Toilet bowl only flushes....... sometimes! No phones in room even internally down to reception. No connection. No wifi in rooms. We love Cuba. We have travelled there many times. We have met many wonderful... More

I stayed in Hotel Colina for four nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room was absolutely okay for the price (I had one on the 6th floor with sea view - great!), the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very friendly (I talked to them in Spanish). The hotel has paid WIFI in the lobby and... More
