I highly recommend Elegancia Suites Habana! Marielle is a French lady, and she is very friendly. I got to know the staff, René, Sergio, Alberto, and others, which made the experience very agreeable. They are available 24/7. The rooms are comfortable; there is A/C, and the internet works very well. They make great cocktails you can enjoy in the jacuzzi :) I went there twice and would come definitely come back.

I picked Elegancia Suite Havana because of the very high rating this private hotel received in TripAdvisor. We had booked reservations for 3 days but eventually extended our stay to 7 days at the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood about 45 minutes from the International Airport and about 12 minutes to Old Havana. Taxi charged $30US for our trip from the Airport to the Elegancia. Our room in the hotel was above average in size and had a very large bathroom. The internet worked well and the shower had good water pressure. The towels were replaced every day and the bath towels were above average in size. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room and surroundings were very clean with outstanding ambience. I must say a special thanks to Marielle, Rene and their staff for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. We look forward to returning soon.…

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children (15 & 8) and were happy to find this genuinly charming boutique hotel. Run by a small team of extremely helpful and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Enter through the large gates and you are transported away to a fabulous place full of memorabilia, trees & plants and a terrace bar with hot tub. The hotel has a French/African theme attributed to the owner of the hotel who has created a great place to stay. The entire location is extremely clean with very comforatble beds, great linen and a well stocked bar. Breakfast is at your leisure with fresh food, fruits & juices and coffee . Thank you for making our last weekend in Cuba very special!

The hotel is honestly wonderful. The perfect spot to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the old part of the city! If your looking to stay in a lovely hotel that’s not a large chain, this is ideal- it’s certainly has the boutique feel. The rooms are spotless and clean, and the terrace is a great place to unwind after sight seeing in Havana - highly recommend the Cuba Libre! Renee and his staff were fantastic! He went above and beyond to help me and my partner when our bus departed without us, and gave some great restaurant recommendations. Can’t thank him enough! Overall would highly recommend to anyone visiting Havana! Don’t miss out on this gem!

Fantastic small luxury boutique hotel with all the comfort and quietness you look for in Havana. Very clean, great staff, special thanks to Rene and Daile, super breakfast, free internet and lovely rooms decorated by the french couple managers, who live in Cuba for the last 30 years! In short, it is a no brainer if you look for a sweet home feeling in Havana ! A must!

From the first moment you enter this stay you feel welcome, it gives you the feeling you arrived at home. Staff is super friendly, honest and always provide you with best service and support possible. Breakfast, room, chill-out terrace and cocktails is amazing as well. We would like to thank the whole team for this wonderful time and especially René who spent so much time with us for checking opening hours, ordering taxi (even came down with us to the street), providing us with very valuable insight hints and much more. We will definitely come back :-)

Without doubt one of the favorite places I stayed during my time in Havana! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was very cosy and super clean. Furthermore, the way I was served deserves a special thanks. I spent an amazing stay here at Elegancia Suites Habana. It was a unique experience and it really felt like home. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone coming to Havana.
