Midden in het oude gedeelte van Havana. Na een wandeling van 2 minuten sta je midden tussen de restaurants, cafés en pleinen van Oud Havana. Loop je de andere kant op ben je binnen 100 meter bij de zee. Lieve zorgzame mensen.

Een heel leuke vakantie gehad. Heel nette en mooie kamers. Lekker ontbijt. Super ontvangst van de gastheer! Super leuk gastgezin. Mijn kinderen hebben er echt van genoten. Wij gaan zeker nog logeren in deze casa in de toekomst.

roberto and his family are absolutely friendly and helpful. their casa particular is very clean and cozy, the location is perfect for visiting the city. Roberto's wife, Mary, prepares a delicious breakfast and their son, Guillermo, is super fun and friendly!

Na aankomst op Cuba was deze casa een fijn en warm beginpunt van onze reis door dit geweldige land. Lieve vrolijke mensen ,heerlijk ontbijt elke ochtend en als je de deur uitstapt sta je midden in het echte Havana.tip: het restaurant aan de overkant heeft de best mojito van Havana.

Casa e camere pulite ed accoglienti, Roberto e Mary molto gentili, simpatici e sempre disponibili. Consigliato a chi vuol mangiar bene e sentirsi come a casa. Posizione ottima vicino al mercato e a pochi passi dalla Plaza Vieja dell'Avana.

We had a wonderful time in La Colonial Habanera. Although we stayed only three days, we had already the feeling that we were part of the family. Roberto and Mary are very kind hosts and there little kid is a cutie. Unfortunately I had two strokes during our stay. Our hosts managed it very well and helped my wife with administrative guidance around the Cuban health care system. Because we had to stay longer in Havanna, Roberto searched another accommodation for the next days. The rooms are very well kept, have air conditioning and a fridge with cool beverages, which is very appreciated in August. We had delicious breakfast every day. The accommodation has a very good location in Havanna Veija. You can visit most of it on foot. Like Roberto used to say regularly: “Mi casa es su casa”. And it is true! In short, I can highly recommend it for travellers to Havanna. You won’t be disappointed!…

Roberto et Mary nous tellement bien accueillis que nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dès le premier jour. Nous avons même prolongé notre sejour chez eux ! Ils sont d’une grande gentillesse et on peut discuter de tous avec eux. Leur conseil pour les sorties est très precieux ! La maison est très sympa et propre. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux ! La chambres et la salle de bain privative sont parfaites ! Chez eux vous etes vraiment plongés dans l’ambiance des familles cubaines avec famille et voisins qui rendent visites dans la journée ! Si vous parlez bien l’espagnol vous vous regalerez ! Leur fils Guilhermo est très atachant et c’est avec le coeur lourd que nous les avons quittés pour notre retour en France. Merci beaucoup Roberto et Mary et nous espèrons vous revoir un jour !…

Una vera casa particulares: il proprietario, Roberto, ci ha trattato come se fossimo di famiglia. Una casa molto accogliente, colorata, dove si sentiva il calore familiare. Non come la maggior parte delle case che si trovano online che sono "finte", dei bed and breakfast europei. Casa HABANERA e' una vera casa particulares. La moglie ci ha offerto il miglior frullato bevuto a Cuba in 15 gg di vacanza. Il figlio piccolo Guillermo simpaticissimo e dolcissimo. Siamo arrivati in questa casa particulares di sera, saremmo ripartiti la stessa notte alle 3.30 del mattino per prender un volo interno per Cayo Largo. Avevamo appuntamento davanti ad un hotel a 300 metri dalla casa. Roberto si è svegliato per aiutarci con le valigie ed accompagnarci in piena notte dinnanzi all hotel dove avevamo il trasfer. Ha bussato alla porta dell hotel chiedendo al guardiano di notte di farci entrare nella hall, per farci stare al sicuro. Era anche la notte del suo compleanno, ma lui si è svegliato in piena notte per noi. E al nostro gesto di offrigli una mancia, non ha voluto nulla: ci ha bloccato, ci ha detto che l'aveva fatto con il cuore. Tutti a Cuba accettavano mance, a volte le pretendevano: ma lui no. Lui e' un uomo naturalmente generoso e sincero. Ci ha raccontato della sua professione di architetto, del fatto che quella era la casa di suo nonno. Una persona dal cuore buono. E' raro trovare persone così. Già solo per questo la sua casa merita una visita. In più e' in una zona molto centrale e sicura, che da' la possibilità di conoscere la vera HABANA.…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Roberto, Mary et Guillermo. Le petit dej est plus que copieux. La chambre est spacieuse avec une SDB privative. Avant de partir prendre l’avion, nous avons été invité à manger chez eux pour l’anniversaire de Roberto, c’etait delicieux. Encore merci!!! Nous parlons peu Espagnol et nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu d’avantage discuter avec eux. Nous recommandons fortement cette casa.

Siamo stati in questa casa particular appena arrivati sull’isola e ci siamo trovati così bene da decidere di tornarci l’ultimo giorno del nostro itinerario prima del volo di rientro. La casa è tenuta molto bene e la stanza che abbiamo visto è spaziosa e accogliente. Le colazioni sono abbondanti e con una varietà di frutta che non abbiamo più trovato altrove. Roberto e Mary sono due ottimi padroni di casa che ci hanno accolto come in famiglia. Consigliatissima!!!
