The hotel setting is beautiful. However due to the current situation we were not advised that all the facilities were not open at the hotel. Only 1 restaurant open with very strict time deadlines and if you go over a minute they will not entertain you. Arrived for breakfast at 10.30 and was told we could not eat now until 12 noon. No where else available at the hotel for food. Asked for take away dinner at 8.34 as we returned late from a day out and again was told no. We are a large party and if the staff at the bar/restaurant were more accommodating the hotel would have profited from our business. It is disappointing that some of the restaurant staff are not as pleasant as others as this does influence our stay at the hotel. The reception staff have been most accommodating. The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean. Check out is 11am so if you have a later flight in the day the hotel did let us extend until noon but do offer shower facilities in the gym downstairs. The island and its people are lovely and friendly. It’s just a pity the restaurant staff were not as friendly.

Hotel's Favourite
This is a fabulous hotel with a beautiful beach. The sand is the best you’ll get anywhere. You can stroll along the beach to Dover Street (there’s a small alleyway next to Turtle Beach )where there are lots of bars & restaurants and a supermarket but personally we would not do this at night but a Taxi’s is always outside and costs around 20 bajan and will pick you up. There are also two very good takeaway vans that come mon-fri. There is a bit of sun bed hogging and that’s a shame, but it never really bothered us as we preferred the beach anyway. Swimming was fun, beautiful warm water, just some days a bit harder to get in and out due to the surf. We used the laundry facilities which were excellent and the hospitality suit when we checked out, again superb. Just one niggle. Return your beach towels to reception when you checkout or they charge you 50 bajan.

This property is so beautiful, love the ambience of the lobby area especially. Will definitely return again! Room was very nice and clean. Food and drinks were great! Had a marvelous time at the pool. Marvine and Gregory from the restaurant were sweethearts, also Keisha from reservations and Tara from front desk. Would 100% recommend.

Stayed here for 14 nights. Hotel is beautiful. Well maintained and clean. Staff from reception, maintenance, security, housekeeping and servers in restaurant are all super friendly. It’s right on the beach and there are lots of loungers/seating on the beach. Three pools at this hotel. One is next to the Siam restaurant (which is closed at the moment due to Covid). I never saw anyone around that pool for the two weeks we were there. Lots of places to sit around the main pools but not that many beds. It wasn’t a problem when we were there as hotel was extremely quiet. You might struggle at peak times to get a bed though. The swim up bar is closed due to covid. We had breakfast daily and there was plenty of choices on menu. No buffets due to Covid. We stayed in room 5205 which was on the 2nd floor. Brilliant view of the main pools with a view of the sea to the left. Note this hotel does not have a lift so if mobility is difficult request a ground floor room. We stayed in a deluxe studio which was very nice, had a small kitchenette. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was lovely! The room was clean and well maintained with a beautiful view of the hotel and the beach. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The food options though a bit limited were tasty. Will definitely return.
