This is a really nice facility for a large Caribbean hotel. Beautiful beach and pools, nice rooms with view to die for. So much to offer, but falls so short of its potential because of service lapses. It's not about attitude, it's likely about training...More
This was our third trip to the hotel having previously got married there 7 years ago. Some of the faces and amenities have changed in that time and some have stayed the same. The coffee shop is a great new addition serving coffees cakes ice...More

This Hilton in Barbados has some serious issues. The rooms even in the executive floor are spartan. No robes or slippers and threadbare towels. No manual in the room that explains the hotel phone or even room service. Phones are rarely answered by concierge or...More
Let me start with the good. Beautiful open air lobby with views of Carlyle Bay and ocean. The color of the water is nothing I've seen before. A deep blue green. Gorgeous. Staff very accommodating. I requested a higher floor room, didn't get it my...More

Sorry I truly don't have that answer, but e mail or better yet try calling (my husband believes you sometimes get a better rate) I like calling because of the interaction I feel it's more personal. Enjoy

You'll enjoy the area so much. The hotel has an executive set of rooms that gives you access to the exec lounge. our family had breakfast there every morning. It's not fancy, but it's nice. Eggs, cereals, pastries and fruit. For lunch and dinner, so many places to explore, we went out every day. We rented a car, but there are lots of cabs and taxis. St. Lawrence Gap - try cocktail kitchen, Cafe del sol. Oistens fish market is a must! Surfers cafe in Oistens is a great lunch spot and live music at night. Hotel in the food...dinner, not so much. Lunch at the pool bar was good fish sandwich awesome, don't do the tacos though, they're not made fresh. Have fun!

"Get a room facing the beach; turn off the air conditioner and listen to the surf at night. Wonderful."
