Spent two weeks, business & vacation. Located on Eagle Beach, short walk to Ocean. One bedroom on 2nd floor Phase II, very roomy. Large bedroom with king bed, full kitchen & living room. Big balcony overlooks pool area, ocean & beach. Room needs renovation, promised for next year. Resort very low key, mostly middle age and older. 2 Pools (colorful...

Had a one bedroom unit on the first floor of the older building, with garden view. Nice patio facing east for sitting out drinking our morning coffee and catching the start of the day. Room had been remodeled and bathroom and kitchen were very nice. Just the 2 of so plenty of room. Only a queen bed and marginally comfortable....

My family (me, wife & 2x kids, 4yrs and 13yrs old) stayed at the Paradise Beach Villas for a week in early May. To start with, the 2 bedroom unit we had was more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen was great for breakfasts and making snacks at night. We were on the first floor and had...

Super friendly, safe and fun. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, mini golf holes, restaurants and fun bar. Not too crowded away from the high rises. Casinos in walking distance..and race book. Pools are shallow enough for my 3 year old to stand...

Clean water - drinkable from tap!!! I am not an owner, but i did use a timeshare trade. The staff at front desk were pleasant, and accommodating. The saying there is "one happy island", it seems the visitors are the miserable ones expecting all the comforts of home...yet in another country! if you are looking to get away from NY...

I have a comment about the Guests that wrote down that stooped comment about PBV and the Front Desk Staff. If you read good what the guests that wrote Smiles are Not Free Here and You better be an owner showes exactly what kind of guests they are. I stayed at the PBV the same two weeks that these guests...

We have just returned from celebrating our 30th anniversary in Aruba!! We stayed at PBV and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Our one bedroom unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom does need some updating though. The kitchen was equipped well enough for us to cook whatever meals we chose to prepare ourselves. There was just a...
