great customer service. All oceanview rooms on a beautiful beach. Nice people. Many fellow guests were staying for their third time. Not as fancy as other high rise resorts but the customer service and friendliness makes up for that

I just came back and we happened to stay in building 19. There were a bunch of us and we were in rooms 1903, 1905, 1907, 1909 and 1913. Are were on the first floor. My guess is all odd numbers are the first floor and even numbers are the second floor but I can't say that for sure. What I can confirm is that our group was in the rooms I listed and they were all on the first floor. Have fun.
