What can I say. Awful place. Loyal customers rave about it. All I can say is they obviously are not used to proper hotel resorts! We stayed on a bungalow on the beach. Spacious accommodation and that's all I can say positively. Bedding wasn't changed once during our 16 night

It is most unfortunate that your stay with us did not meet your expectations, I do apologize for that. We must complete several Health and Safety Audits annually with different tour operators and with the Ministry of Health. I can assure you that we have met the requirements and hold the safety and well being of our guests as a matter of paramount importance. In regards regards to all of the other concerns raised I did check our logs and the only concern noted was of feeling unwell due to a flu. Had you made your most serious concerns known while on property we would have gone above and beyond to correct the challenges and hopefully conclude your stay on positive note. We do value and appreciate all of our guests, repeaters or first time visitors and it is always our pleasure to take care of them.

I do apologize that you felt as though your concerns about the drone were met with indifference. At this time drones are legal in Antigua and Barbuda and as such the hotel cannot infringe on the right of an individual who is not committing a criminal offense. We may only ask the guest to utilize it away from the guest rooms, which is at their discretion; and was honored when spoken to by management. The report given was of the drone being flown on Royal Palm Beach which is 3 beaches away from our clothing optional beach so the privacy of guests utilizing it was not compromised at any time. It was our pleasure taking care of you both and we do look forward to doing so again in the near future.

I do apologize for all of the inconveniences that you encountered during your stay and I can assure you that our management and staff have the well being and enjoyment of our guests at a level of paramount importance. In regards to your husband feeling unwell I do sympathize and I can assure you that we are inspected regularly by the local heath department along with numerous tour operators, all of which we have met the requirements for safe food service. We are in the process of doing some refreshing to our rooms and will be doing more in depth refurbishments over the course of this year in an effort to better meet our guests expectations. With this in mind, should you return to Antigua I do encourage you to consider Hawksbill.

It’s a small resort but does have 141 rooms. We are awaiting departure hopefully tomorrow as we have now had No water I often twice a day for 8 days. The stay has been stressful so we may not be here when your friends arrive. Kind regards Lloyd & Valerie

How far is it to the nearest Bank or money change bureau?
Far. You can use their shuttle. Takes you into town at 9am and picks you up at 12. $8

Just read a review about RATS ??? In room anybody else experienced this ?
The rats & snakes have been eliminated from the resort by the introduction of mongoose. These may have been mistaken for rats. The main issues are water loss every day & sewage leakage from the farm behind the resort. This is currently being denied by the resort. But they give you so many excuses as to the numerous problems in this shanty town. We have tried to return to the UK for the last 6 days but our travel agent & the local agent have completely ignored our request & we have to suffer an additional 2 days before we can go home. It’s amazing to see the rave reviews so these people have obviously not experienced the hell we have !!!

Hi. We were there for two weeks in September we did not see any rats and we were also staying in the Royal Palm beach bungalows. I'm sure if anyone had seen rats before our stay then it would have been written on TripAdvisor. Enjoy your stay.

Does the property have a shop for bottled water, snacks etc
Hi, you can purchase bottled water from the bar then refil them from the water containers that are situated in the main reception area or the bar area on Sea Grapes beach.
