Yes you can, but you would need to get a taxi from St John’s where the cruise ship will dock up to Jumby Bay which is on the northern tip of the island and then you would need to pay for the transfer from the mainland to Jumby Bay island. This can be organised by the hotel. All in all, the transfer time would be about an hour each way.
