Usual Premier Inn quality, located in quite area of Ebbw Vale. Short walk to local railway station with good links to Cardiff and the valley area. The receptionist was brilliant we had checked in online and he was expecting us (sounds obvious but not always the case) very good with local knowledge and directions. Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel...

Fantastic staff, very approachable, friendly and helpful. We were going to a wedding, the staff allowed us to check out later than usual so that we didn't have to hang about in our wedding attire. Clean, comfortable rooms and brilliant value for money.

We just needed somewhere to stop for 1 night and was so glad we picked this Premier Inn. The receptionist was very welcoming and the rooms were very clean and fresh. The restaurant served lovely food and again were very friendly. Definitely book to stay here again when in the area.

Upon arrival the car park was quite badly littered, which gave me a poor first impression as a lack of attention to detail / consideration here could have indicated a theme for other areas, but fortunately this wasn't the case. The young man on reception was polite and helpful and the hotel in general was well maintained (although some building...

The hotel is easy to find, on the southern outskirts of Ebbw Vale. We had a very comfortable night in a ground floor room with a view of a cake factory and a beautiful hillside. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the room had standard Premier Inn facilities including adequate wifi. We left something behind when we...

We decided off the cuff to call in for lunch and although the carvery looked nice we decided to opt for fish and chips which was really disappointing the fish was dark and in a very thin batter and there were a small amount of dried up chips on the plate so we thought a desert would cheer us up...

We stayed at the Ebbw Vale Premier Inn as a family group. All of us were very happy with the hotel & it's amenities. The rooms were clean & spacious and the bed, as usual, was very comfortable. There was nothing we could fault. The breakfast at the adjacent Brewer's Fayre was plentiful & excellent. The evening meal in the...

Stayed in this hotel as part of a mini tour to south Wales. Excellent customer services in hotel and bar opposite. Everybody checked quickly with no issues. Dinner was good in the hotel. And the service we received @ breakfast was excellent I would highly recommend this hotel for any stays in the area. A big thank you to Ebbw...

Good hotel with easy road access to "the valleys" - good restaurant at the Brewers Fayre next door. Despite the rain (it is Wales after all) we managed to see what we wanted and the hotel was always a pleasure to return to of an evening.
