Visited here recently with my sister and husband. The surroundings were lovely and the place had a friendly feeling about it. Really enjoyed the pizza we all had for lunch, three differents types between us, and the service was good.

My best guess is because they don't really care and have decided to rest on the reputation of their food rather than service.
