Bruce House offers comfortable accommodation with lovely touches such as home made shortbread with the tea/coffee tray. The breakfast was excellent and our hosts were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. I would recommend Brue House to any visitors to Bruton and its surrounding area.

The bedrooms are an annexe to what looks like a Victorian house but was in fact built in the thirties. The bedrooms are compact with twins and an ensuite shower room. There's not much that you could want at this level that isn't provided. The thing that makes the difference is the outstanding hospitality of Carole-Anne & Stuart Adlington. They're...

We stayed in the Brue House for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding at Gants Mill. It is right in the middle of Bruton and so everything is within in walking distance (Gants Mill included). Carole-Anne and Stuart were very hospitable and the breakfast was excellent. We liked the fact that the B&B bedrooms were in a separate...

I can't praise Brue House enough. Beautifully kitted out room and ensuite with crisp cotton sheets, matching furniture with hand painted finishing touches, stunning art work on the walls, delicious homemade biscuits to eat with the tea/coffee/hot chocolate, fresh flowers and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing too! I could go on…..! Stuart and Carole-Anne were so welcoming. I wouldn't...

Fresh cut flowers and homemade shortbread were just two little touches that made this B&B perfect. The rooms are separate from the main house which means you can come and go without disturbing the owners. Very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was wonderful and Stuart & Carol-Anne were lovely hosts.
