The location was next to the beach and close to nearby shops. Particularly loved the interiors, the Balinese vibe, a good size pool and breakfast was commendable! Rooms are come in decent size with your own jacuzzi inside the bathroom. The hotel is massive so tendency to get lost. I tried their Spa and it was a fantastic experience!
This hotel is suitable for family and couple. They have kids pool and jacuzzi for honeymoon arrangement. Good hotel, good view, and helpful staff. Recommend to book the beach view or beachfront room on higher building for a better view and less crowded. And also they have various and tasty breakfast!love it.
3D2N of pure bliss. Staying at Nikko was like staying at your favorite uncle's resort. You feel like everybody knows you, everybody knows what you like, that they actually like having you there to stay. Aged like wine, the property is serene, well maintained. Highlights just HAVE TO BE the amazing suite on the top corner of the hotel, with a private deck, a gazebo and outdoor tub. The view was breathtakingly beautiful, gleaming water as far as your eyes can see, the sea was sparkling, watching the sunrise with your breakfast is a dream, I got loads of pics friends and fams are actually fed up (sorry). The room was amazingly spacious with a kitchen nook enough to conceal itself but is still integrated into the room. State of the art lighting system which was so easy you could turn the lights on and off from the comfort of your bed dummy proof. The bathroom was a lavish all white marble with windows all around. Double sink? check. Rain shower? check. Makeup desk? check. Toilet with all glass windows? check. BUT: the shutters give those who are of the shyer ones more privacy. Me? not so much, I LOVE the feeling of being ONE with nature without forcing others to hurt their eyes with my business. jk. jk. Amenities were as complete as a traveling kitchen could be, coffee machine, electric kettle, mugs, glasses, utensils, water, HAND SANITIZERS, WIPES and EXTRA MASKS just in case you run out of those (you never know these days). We slept like babies throughout the rain on both mornings, and almost missed the full moon in the 2 nights we spent there. Too comfortable for our own good. zzzzz The second HIGHLIGHT just has to be Nagisa the Japanese restaurant with Chef Goda who is not only skillful but warm, hilarious and a joy to learn from. His Aburi Salmon Ikura sushi is to DIE FOR so we signed up for a SUSHI MAKING CLASS on the last day and left with a certificate to prove back home. Loads of fun, loads of info and hacks from Godasan, we laughed, we learn, we eat, we want to go back. Domo Arigato Godasan. A family enjoyed the Teppanyaki corner while another group had a long table for themselves. We occupied the three corners of the spacious restaurant for safety. Almost feel like the good old days. Felt even safer with the authentic RED Japanese samurai armour displayed in the foyer of Nagisa. Gorgeous! The SPA was not only a relaxing experience but also an out of one's body experience worth dreaming of. I am one to warn masseuses for being overly ticklish when they massage my back (seriously, I won't stop giggling and laughing to a point it's far from relaxing) , but Suni's expert dancing fingers (see what I did there), did not let me giggle one bit. I actually snored. It was a good sign. For me. We didn't leave the property much because we were actually looking for a relaxing trip, we got it by the beach-inspired pool with actual white teeny rock-sand IN THE POOL. I'm obsessed. Nusa Dua beach gets low tide early in the afternoon, so walking to the beach past 1pm is a no go. But I got my beachy experience in the hotel pool and like a kid I can't get enough. Watching the kites fly bys while sitting in the ocean pool was a relaxation dream I came to Bali for. I found it at the Nikko. I can just imagine the energy this hotel must have had in the 'good old days' (pre pandemic, I mean). Having a pool party with friends and family, destination wedding, I will be back for those! Too short of a trip, for sure would be back for longer.…
The Italian Resto is amazing. can deliver the true Italian taste. the view is amazing, staff and service were excellent. will recommend to another friend who searches for valuable 5-star service. thanks
We visited for Nyepi Day ( Silent Day ) March 2021 and stayed at Ocean View Suite ( 89 square meter ) with large balcony, garden and ocean view. our room was totally adequate and well appointed. the staff from check-in to restaurants, room service, swimming pool, housekeeping, kids club, security, maintenance and management to check-out were all very helpful and courteous. The meals were included in the Silent Day package and were fresh and delicious . We definitely will revisit the magnificent Nikko Benoa Bali. Absolutely zero criticism.
