We went here for a meal with a walking group we belong to. Very well organised we pre booked our meals so they knew what to order. On our return we didn't have to wait too long for our food! We were put in the dining room as there were quite a few in our group. Very friendly service and...

We were very early, but greeted with smiles. All staff were friendly which always helps to make a good start. The Carvery had lots of choices and the meat was so tender it was a joy to eat. The dessert trolley, well what a choice. All in all an excellent pleasant lunch time.

We found this little gem on our way back home from an evening away. We couldn't have the carvery as this needed to be booked but, were directed to the bar where you could get a Sunday Roast. Hubby had the lamb which he really enjoyed and as something different I tried the goat and beetroot tart which was lovely....

We stayed here whilst doing flyboarding nearby. On arrival the exterior looked shabby. On route to our room, my tummy sank, as the carpet looked very old, and the hallway generally needed cleaning and painting. Our room was most disappointing. It smelt musty, and was in dier need of refurbishing. The bathroom sink plughole was unclean, like someone had vomited...
