Quite possibly one of the best hotels I have stayed in. From arrival to departure was truly marvellous. The service was second to none. The food outstanding. Our room was upgraded and was delightful. All of the little touches were there...cotton robes, proper fridge, exquisite toiletries etc. Pre dinner drinks and canapes in front of a roaring log fire? Why...

This was our first time staying at The Horn Of Plenty and hopefully not our last. We stayed in one of the best rooms with a fabulous balcony with stunning views. The room was beautiful with a huge bed a lovely big bath and roomy shower. On arrival I had flowers, champagne and homemade sweets all sitting on the table...

Sitting at home after a really difficult few months, we dreamed of going away and being spoiled for a few days. We pictured a country house location, with a large, comfortable and well equipped room and a balcony with a view [even though it was January!!], We wanted to see a log fire, daffodils in the garden, to eat wonderful...

Breakfast was also very good with a free optional glass of Proseco. All the staff here were very pleasant and took particular care to please. We...

Four of us (two couples) went for an overnight stay at The Horn of Plenty, dinner bed & breakfast. On arrival, having never been here before, I was very pleasantly surprised by the property itself which has stunning views over the surrounding moorlands. On arrival to check in we were greeted by a very charming and helpful receptionist who showed...

Beautiful country setting. Friendly welcome, but didn't have down about this being a gift certificate for payment, which I found strange as it had been booked via email and confirmed. Nice Room, room 16 with a small balcony in the modern outer buildings. Ensuite was large with nice quality fittings. Including waterfall shower and lovely tap fittings. Tv remote didn't...
