Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Located on a busy road but rooms were quiet overnight. Hotel was clean, dinner in bar was good. Breakfast which was included was very good and the staff were lovely especially in breakfast room. Car parking is available at the front of the hotel

I stayed in this hotel as part of a group cycle trip around north Donegal. We had a very comfortable stay in the hotel and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable of the hotels we stayed in that week. We had a delicious evening meal in the hotel restaurant and we had a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. The food and drinks are very reasonably priced. I hope to get back to stay there again sometime.

Great place to stay. Staff so helpful and pleasant, nothing was any trouble for them. Food was amazing and cleanliness was remarkable. We had booked for a weekend but ended up staying a week,so comfortable and Georgia, no matter how busy she was, constantly asked were we OK and other customers were asked too. Naomi and Lauren were always there, rushing about helping as much as they could. 'Great Team'. Definitely will be staying again!!!! Ten minutes to Derry, 15mins to The Beach!!! Great Thanks to Karen😉.

Nice hotel, although rooms were a little dated. There was no elevator, so be prepared to climb a steep staircase to your room. Nice large lounge. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast served in nice separate area. Lovely food. Staff very nice. Only drawback was trying to get a taxi. Limited service in this area.
